The worst service ever!

The worst service ever! First they should have delivered my package on a set date, that failed for them. Then their customer service promises do deliver 2 days later, but also fails doing that! And again another customer service officer promises me a 3rd date, I go to the Paketshop, nothing there...

Stay away from using Hermes!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They attempted delivery twice (I have them on CCTV), but left no note, did not contact me. They're supposed to attempt delivery 3 times, but this is the current status of the parcel: 'The parcel could not be delivered and is currently in the clarification process'. This is only after two attempts. I tried contacting their chat agents, the first agent told me that they only dealt with UK deliveries and gave me a link for another chat. The second agent told me that they 'are only able to locate parcels that have been sent internationally'. I'm lost for words. The shipment was sent from a UK company, to an Irish address, and yet the customer service agents for neither UK nor international want to help. Should I try 'Hermes Interplanetary' perhaps?

Use Hermesworld if you want to receive your parcel with your gravestone/coffin

How do I begin this absolute attrocity

I ordered my parcel on a cold January morning 7/1/19 recieved confirmation 7/1/19 and recieved in my lovely emails saying “your parcel has been dispatched” at this point I’m think lovely stuff I’ll have the parcel in about a weeks time (as it stated in the email that it would be 4-5 days) unsure if business days or not I allowed 2/3 extra days as you know yourself like .... people can be busy and that and in my own opinion I’m an easy going guy.......
Well f’ck my donkeys boll@x ... the current date is 30/1/19 now I’m not the best at maths but ... that’s 23 days ... 21 Hermes business days (they “work” Saturday although using the term work loosely here lads ) 552 f’cking hours so I’ve been checking the tracking and it seems my parcel is located in the “national sorting hub” now.... lads ... what in the flying f’ck are you sorting other than your 40 year old midlife crisis lives that takes 23 fu’king days to put a parcel into the right section 📦 my 4 year old cousin could probably do your jobs as he is also able to put square pieces into square holes of a jigsaw 🧩 ... you thick C U Next Tuesday’s.😘
Now as I said I’m an easy going guy .... so
I’m gonna see if you guys can get to 30 days like the fu’king legends yous are and deliver a parcel !

So to sum up my review ....
Yes you should Definetly use Hermesworld Hermes Group. Hermes Europe GmbH stands for (GIVE ME a BRAIN HEMORRHAGE) if you believe in laid back fu’k ups that will deliver your parcel late.

I would rather slam my neck in a door and get your granny to sh1te on my chest than ever get a parcel from Hermesworld as it simply wont turn up . You absolute backwards specimens that run this company need to really consider a career change or possibly have a bath with an (undelivered) toaster.

I’m really hoping to hear from you soon although if your customer service is anything like your delivery’s it’ll probably be 15 years before you can structure a sentence.

Website tracking doesn't work

Website tracking doesn't work. Delivery is unpredictable and unreliable. Very poor service company, not sure how they're still operating. Probably underbid for all their retail delivery contracts and are struggling to meet their obligations!

Liars and should be shut down!

Worst delivery company ever. Lied about delivering my parcel and then lost it. The product is now longer in stock as well. Avoid this company if possible as you can’t always the decide who delivers...

Heremes have just lied

Heremes have just lied. They say they attempted delivery of a much needed suitcase today from John Lewis. Someone was at home all day. There is no note to say a delivery was attempted and despite the courier having instructions to leave the package in a safe place, they have not done so. My conclusion is that they never attempted the delivery and have blatantly lied to cover their back with John Lewis and protect their supposed 'award winning' delivery service. It's a joke, my heart sank when I saw john Lewis had opted to use Hermes and I joked to my family saying (like another Hermes experience I had in recent times) I would probably find the package dumped in a ditch down the road! John Lewis, please come to your senses and use a decent/trustworthy courier company.

Scammers

Ordered a next day delivery parcel from Missguided yesterday, when surprisingly I got a text message saying that the parcel was delivered to me today when I was not even home. Worse yet, they showed that I signed in there, with a completely different signature. Scammers!

The worst logistics company in Germany.

3 weeks ago, a delivery came 4 days later as expected. A delivery that should've been made yesterday is according to hermesworld.com still "Expected date of delivery 20.12.2018" but it's 21.12 today. On the phone the they can't give me accurate details.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I placed an order with Sports Direct and paid extra for next day delivery who use Hermes as their courier. They state on their portal that delivery was attempted on time however no one came to the door or rang the bell. They will reattempt today however as I am travelling (the reason I paid for next day delivery) it doesn't help!! There is no option to speak to someone on the phone to try and bring the delivery forward. They ask you to contact the retailer Sports Direct with issues as the quickest response time however they only provide an email address with auto replies saying a response can be received in 1-3 days.

I can see why these 2 companies work together, both providing terrible customer service as reflected in one star ratings for both companies. If only I had checked their reviews before.

This a terrible shipment company I've…

This a terrible shipment company I've ever seen.
Normally my shipment should be on Friday in last week. I changed my shipment location on Thursday in last week. They didnt ship my package because the transpor depot was wrong so they should change them. Mobile Service said that my package will be come on Monday. Today is Monday but my shipment is not out of delivery yet. It's just bad.
Dont use this company. They dont care your time.

this company is terrible

this company is terrible. I will never order anything that delivers with them again. They put our parcels (twice) in an open newspaper delivery box on a public road and said they had dropped it through the letterbox.

I mean we all know that as far as…

I mean we all know that as far as courriers services go Hermes is probably the worst out there. However I'm appalled by the recent service I recieved. I ordered next day delivery a few gifts for the weekend from Amazon, I specifically chose products eligible for this so I knew I would have them with plenty of time to spare and delivered them to my office address.

The next day it gets to half 9 (having been in the office for an hour) and I get an email saying "Failed Delivery we will reattempt tomorrow" but there was no card, which is how I knew they never even tried. The next day I purposely get to work early just in case and then at about 11:00ish I get a text saying "delivery successful left in shed" 1. My office doesn't have a shed 2. I never specified there was a safe place it was okay for them to leave it, so that shouldn't have happened. I spent my entire break trying to talk to someone and their customer service is a joke, they were reading my Facebook Messages and ignoring them?!

Luckily I managed to find the parcel myself when I left a note in a neighbours door and she called to say she had it and she also had one for my colleague (also delivered by Hermes) which went missing 3 weeks before and she had given up on ever seeing it!

(I would like to mention that I also contacted amazon and they were amazing! Hermes should take note of how Amazon treat customers! Hopefully Amazon will drop them as a courrier soon!)

Rubbish service!!

Rubbish service!!! Ordered something on Friday and should be delivered next day and obviously is not delivered. Really this company is not worth it to use it. Wase of time!!!

NEVER deliver on time

I have NEVER received their delivery on time. Next day delivery? Be prepared you won't see it about for a week... Poor communication as well. Surprised that anyone still uses them...
