It was very helpful that the tube came with the attached components.
Two easy suggestions for improvement ...
1. Provide a QR code to the video instructions AND a quick step-by-step list of directions of how to replace the tube. I found it but some may not and there are some key steps that you likely wouldn't figure out without some help.
2. Provide the necessary hex wrench.

I ordered and received the GoSun Sports Solar Oven and received it in short order. Washed it and cooked three meals in it so far. Cooks fast. Works great! I love it! After much study, I think it is the best of the best.

Items are as described and work well. Items shipped and arrived promptly. Items were packaged well enough to arrive undamaged. So far I love the items and have had the opportunity to use them thanks to my unpredictable electricity.
The company employees are trying to make every effort to grow and improve products and please customers. However, they need to learn the line between wanting constructive feedback and being pests. I had to be a bit mean, and I don’t like being mean. My only other comment is in reference to the owners/instruction manuals posted on the site. They are horrifyingly bad in every way possible. The company employees should be embarrassed! The provider absolutely nothing useful about the products. Just a diagram of the product … No setup, no maintenance information, no charging preferences. I am having to spend 15 minutes on the phone with an advisor(the courtesy session) to find out charging habits to optimize battery life. The products I purchased appear to be of good quality and fit my needs perfectly. Please publish detailed manuals that reflect pride in what you sell; brag about all the bells and whistles and describe in detail how they work with and connect to other devices for charging.

The 12V cable broke, which makes the Go Sun cooler basically a very expensive piece of plastic. I wrote to the company because I could not find any 12V cable for sale on their website. They wrote back saying not to worry, they would send me a replacement right away. I had already sent photos of the broken cable, so all they asked was my mailing address and the type of cooler I had. I wrote back with that information and then nothing. No response, no cable, no nothing. I have been writing back to them for over 3 months now, asking what the status is of my replacement cable being sent, but I never get a reply. They have basically ghosted me after promising to replace a broken piece. I have never experienced anything like this before. Seven emails and not one reply. Worse customer service EVER.

After living through hurricane Helene, I was excited to find GoSun online. I am pleased with the products. My problem occurred with my third order. I did not receive items. I contacted the company. It took awhile to rectify the situation. Other than that, I believe in what GoSun is doing.

I received the item. It was broken now I’m getting ready to box it back up and send it back. I’ll need to get a refund or a new product shipped, but the little glass tube was broken when I opened it up.

Tried out the Go Sun Go for water. Just the right amount for 1 mug of coffee.
The pump is on the 7 gal water container with excellent results. I no longer have to turn the container down for water just press a button.

Go Sun makes great products and their customer service was outstanding. The young man was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m giving GoSum products for Christmas. 😊😊
Great customer service and expedient follow up!
I have ordered many times in the past from GoSun and had great experiences but this most recent one has been frustrating. The solar table has a piece of metal corner sticking up that could easily cut someone. I have written 3-4 times in the last few weeks with absolutely no communication from customer service.
UPDATE: Within 24 hrs GoSun got back to me, sincerely apologized, and shipped out a replacement table. I appreciate the efforts that they made to rectify the situation and am happy with their response.

I paid $3400 for a solar car device that GoSun.co said was in stock. A month has gone by and I’ve received no indication as to when it will ship. I’ve called and there is nobody to speak to. I left messages. No return calls. I emailed and no communication. I feel completely scammed. If this is how they treat people after spending $3400; what would happen if they had the item and there was a problem with it? I am extremely disappointed with GoSun. I will be opening a Federal Trade Commission complaint as well as contacting other law enforcement agencies for fraud.

I agree with the other folks' comments regarding GoSun's customer service. I ordered a Solar EV Charger from them (over $3,000). Their order confirmation email mentioned that it should have shipped/received by now. I used their link to track the order on their "Shop" page. It provided no information. I emailed their customer support last week. No response. I left a voice message with their support during regular business hours and calls ring and subsequently go to voicemail. Not sure what's going on over there, but my next step is to initiate a credit card dispute for the $3000+ payment they collected from me last month.
Update 8/16/2025: I suppose GoSun doesn't want to do business with me. They opened an unprompted ticket to cancel my order. They emailed me asking for my phone number. I responded right away and no response.... if the pre-order service is this bad, I don't want to wait around to find out what post- sales support looks like...

I like what GoSun is trying to do, and the products they are trying to create. But they seem to have non-existent customer service, and a habit of leaving out parts of every order. Trying to get in touch with someone is like running around in circles. Their Bots direct you to a phone line; the phone line is an automated message telling you to email them. They promise to get back to you (within 3 days)
and either never do or do weeks later. They promise to take care of received returns within three days, and blow it completely off. They DO seem to be responsive to negative reviews like this one, however, and so far, that's the only way I have been able to get any satisfaction with this company. It seems they are either understaffed or incompetent, I don't know which.

I purchased a solar oven from GoSun this year but it was poorly packed being shipped from the U.S. to Australia - no bubble wrap around the glass vacuum and no 'Fragile' on the outside of the box. As a result it arrived smashed. If you are ordering from overseas I highly recommend that you ask them to pack it very securely. They did however do the right thing and gave me a full refund.

I requested replacement parts. I was sent a link; which was useless. No one has bothered to reply to my subsequent inquires. Its bad enough that the original construction was such garbage.
I have purchased 5 items from your company and encouraged a friend to by another. I hope your strategy of using garbage parts and then ignoring customers works because, as far as I'm concerned, I am done with GoSun.
