I requested replacement parts

I requested replacement parts. I was sent a link; which was useless. No one has bothered to reply to my subsequent inquires. Its bad enough that the original construction was such garbage.
I have purchased 5 items from your company and encouraged a friend to by another. I hope your strategy of using garbage parts and then ignoring customers works because, as far as I'm concerned, I am done with GoSun.

We’ve located your recent email and can see why you’ve been waiting for a proper response. The delay was never our intention. We’ve already pulled your request and are now checking with our Warehouse Team to confirm if the replacement parts you need are available. Unfortunately, our warehouse does not operate during weekends, so we’ll be able to provide you with a clear update by Monday.
