GoSun made good on damaged article sent to Australia
I purchased a solar oven from GoSun this year but it was poorly packed being shipped from the U.S. to Australia - no bubble wrap around the glass vacuum and no 'Fragile' on the outside of the box. As a result it arrived smashed. If you are ordering from overseas I highly recommend that you ask them to pack it very securely. They did however do the right thing and gave me a full refund.

After seeing your review on our Trustpilot page, we checked into the matter and discovered that the replacement product we shipped to you on June 12 unfortunately never arrived.
