A quick but wrong response

I opened some open box items, two of which were fans. One had a power cord, one did not. I sent an email the day I opened the box regarding the missing cord, I received an email in return almost immediately, unfortunately it was to explain that the EV charger couldn't power an EV, only charge the batteries....I did not order an EV charger, nor would I ever ask such a question if I had. I resubmitted an email about the missing cord, but only received a response that they had received my inquiry. That has been a few days ago.

The time required to complete the training was also reasonable.

Where or where, can my order be?

This order was placed in what should have been plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. Unless this order was stolen off of the porch, it has never arrived. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from beprepared.com (emergency essentials) in the past and this was probably one of the smallest orders I have placed for items that appeared to be available and ready to ship. I did receive a delay notice but as far as I know it still has not shipped.
