A quick but wrong response
I opened some open box items, two of which were fans. One had a power cord, one did not. I sent an email the day I opened the box regarding the missing cord, I received an email in return almost immediately, unfortunately it was to explain that the EV charger couldn't power an EV, only charge the batteries....I did not order an EV charger, nor would I ever ask such a question if I had. I resubmitted an email about the missing cord, but only received a response that they had received my inquiry. That has been a few days ago.
