Customer service issue [Resolved]

I have ordered many times in the past from GoSun and had great experiences but this most recent one has been frustrating. The solar table has a piece of metal corner sticking up that could easily cut someone. I have written 3-4 times in the last few weeks with absolutely no communication from customer service.

UPDATE: Within 24 hrs GoSun got back to me, sincerely apologized, and shipped out a replacement table. I appreciate the efforts that they made to rectify the situation and am happy with their response.
