Fabulous great company, very experienced fitter,
Superb job, Fast Fitz was the only company out of many I tried to supply and fit a Tow Bar on my S Type Jaguar. No other company could do it.

Matt was a friendly guy who was also very thourough and professional. He was relatively quick, but ensured that the installation was as designed as per make of car , model etc, He even helped me out post sales with a caravan matter, out of his own pocket! A genuine, decent fella who's work is top notch, and value for money. If you employ him, you'll wanna endorse him 👍

Great booking experience, after some delays on my end they even offered a price reduction to be closer to my initial quote.

Fitting was timely and went well without any issues.

Aftercare was also excellent - what appeared to be a problem with the tow bar actually turned out to be a fault with the car. FastFitz were super helpful to troubleshoot the issue and get me to a fix, even though it wasn’t the actual tow bar in the end!

Great advice and guidance best for your specific make and model of car. High quality products quoted for and at keen prices. Fantastic communications throughout and more than willing to work around customers needs regarding fitting location - at home, at work etc. Punctual, friendly and professional - Matt is a top guy! Extremely well fitted ( car body/bumper looks as good as new on completion) and practically invisible when folded away and not in use. Matt was brilliant throughout. Very professional at all times, excellent towbar provided at a reasonable cost. He comes to your house and fits it right there. Have been using the towbar with no issues for 5 months now. Matt is also a lovely guy and very easy to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have an historical claim for damage caused to my car. They went into liquidation and even though they advertise public liability insurance they are unable to settle.
Not an honest company who are apparently still trading.
My date of experience is Sept 2021 but my tablet calendar won't go back that far. If there was a minus star rating it wouldn't be enough.

Can't recommend these guys enough. After having a towbar fitted last year, the fuse went this week and Matt was out within 48 hours to put a new fuse in as it was in a position i couldn't reach, and re-directed the fuse to a place where i could get too. Didn't want anything for it, he was just keen to keep a customer happy.
The towbar works brilliantly with the car electronics and is picked up by the reversing camera and sensors which is great.
A proper professional install by a professional friendly company.

2nd tow bar I’ve had fitted by these guys. They’re more convenient and cheaper than the competition. I had a small issue and the after sales support was excellent.

Highly recommend.
