Parcel left at wrong address on a different road. Even in their own delivery photo from Evri, the box is clearly badly caved in and torn and the plant damaged within. No a happy customer ☹️

Great overall service and helpful communications. Ability to divert my Parcel was useful, however it would be of further use and be an efficiency improvement if customers could have the option to postpone delivery when they know that they will be away from home.

Gained an understanding of what I required and assessed the current situation, asking confirming questions to check good understanding. Knowledgable and gave good practical advice and explained finance options clearly. Straight forward quote emailed and competative price offered. Acceptance was easy by phone and agreed a convenient time for the installation. Engineer arrived on time, protected the house well before starting and was professional respectfull and friendly throughout.
