Appalling company. Policies implemented, probably under duress, by employees allowed to display no human empathy, nor any license for rational or reasonable discretion. Whoever owns and runs this company is, I suspect, very rich. They certainly have neither scruple, nor any notion of the meaning of ‘service’. Hidden behind legal Ts & Cs they exploit those of us obliged, often by illness or infirmity, to use the public services we all used to own. This is among society’s worst manifestations of unfettered avarice.
