We have just taken delivery of a Casa Maria Designs garden furniture set the whole experience as been fantastic from initial ordering delivery instructions packaging and the finished product
We cannot stress enough what a fantastic company this is together with a product that is fantastic much better than other sets we had looked at in garden centres at double the price even the delivery driver who they employ was so helpful giving us updates on delivery he was so helpful helping us move the large box’s into our garden an nothing was to much trouble
I must say this is one of the best online companies we have ever dealt with

Correct paperwork but wrong item delivered,ordered from yourself as in a hurry for a part for my welder as had urgent orders to get out for customers.
Very slow being delivered,then wrong item delivered.
Poor communication in answerering message and another week before correct part arrived.
Paid a premium to get quick delivery could have purchased off eBay cheaper and for sure the correct part would have been with us quicker.
Messaged to say very unhappy customers as there orders would be late,could you sort some compensation out for us as we have possibly lost one of our small contracts due to this,no further reply from yourselves.
Wouldn’t be very keen to use in the future.
