Good communication over e mail but didn't change the fact I used 24hr delivery I ordered Friday and got it the following Friday just not good enough

Your order by post was placed during a postal strike day by the CWU. There is notification of these strikes on every page of our website.
Letters/parcels for everyone were held up by a backlog caused by numerous strikes around this period, this backlog was due to Royal Mail and not Motorcycle Products.
Your order Brett was placed on Friday 25th & past our cut-off time and therefore dispatched on Monday 28th, RM had a backlog from the 24th & 25th which took them, in your case, until Friday the 2nd to deliver.
Do you honestly think you had a bad deal from us, this ridiculously long delay was not down to Motorcycle Products, it was completely out of our hands.
