After a few tries with other customer support, the last one persevered and got it right. That said, I still don’t like the changes in the platform- the prior version for me was more user friendly.

They take several minutes when you ask for their help. You cant change auto attendant settings without their help. They lie to you and then ignore you. Bad servuce go to some place else. This is ghetto technology —> X

Persistent to make things right. I appreciate due diligence. Could be better the first time around. Update: went back to edit extensions and you can't. This is like a ghetto technology. If you make any mistake with your auto attendant, you can't make changes or you are forced to get entirely different phone number a completely set up new auto attendant from scratch. I simply wanted to make small extensions adjustments and you can't at all. Do not get this service

Have used the service for years and they've started to add some new features, but costs have nearly doubled. My account was suspended off once while travelling when there was a cyber attack on my number. EVoice sent me a cryptic email while I was away that actually looked like a phishing email to me so I ignored it. Meanwhile, people called my number and got a not in service notice which was not good. It was sorted about a month after I got back, but only getting one notice with no real explanation left me without the service for quite a long time without me knowing it. No problems since, but no apology and no follow up to say that they've changed their notification procedure.

I had to update my review . I called in and received great support. A few days later my account was closed with no explanation and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. So my outlook about my experience has unfortunately changed.

They refuse to help the service is atrocious. It is not user-friendly and when you call them out on the technologies, basic flaws nine representatives at 10 do not know how to help. I have been waiting for the engineering department to handle a very basic concern for over four days.

Not having 24-7 support availability for something as critical as a business phone service is just not acceptable. We were very satisfied up until we needed to make immediate changes and our login didn't work. We are looking at alternatives.

We had to change our payment method, the notices we're going to spam, our number got disconnected due to missing the notices & so we called to fix the issue. She heard the issue, checked all the boxes & got us hooked back up quickly so that our service was not interrupted. Thank you very much!

You came out with a new app that completely sucks.
When I ask if there was any way i could go back to the old one I was told NO!.
I have to log in through a browser now just to check my messages. It says I can get phone calls through the app and that doesn't work either. Apps should be easy to use and yours is NOT!

I have multiple accounts with eVoice. All of my accounts work as intended with the exception of the most recent account. I've contacted customer service MULTIPLE times to see if they can get their tech team to address the issue of the username / extension user name not being announced when callers press an extension. The phone literally rings and says "THIS IS A CALL FOR. TO ANSWER PRESS 1". Every other account I have announces the user or extension name. The tech support team says this is not the way the system is intended to work. But it wouldn't make sense any other way because it literally starts the announcement by stating "this is a call for" but then it skips the user / extension user name on this account. Customer service insists that the 3 other accounts that I have must be some exception to the rule LOL even though it only makes sense to say what user the call is for. Instead of them resetting a system setting or even offering compensation for the inconvenience, they are trying to convince me that my other accounts are offering some strange "correct" operation. Also it took 9 hours to speak with a tech support agent via chat about the issue even though they respond in less than 5 mins for every other issue.

Helper was not nice and hung up as if it was my fault we didnt have reception even when i had full bars and reception. if she didn't have good service she shouldn't have answered the phone. She did call back to finish the task but still.
