Shanika in Evoice customer service
I had a horrible experience as a long time customer with their reinstatement policy that had our phone down for almost 5 days. Yes, I counted the weekend days. I called Evoice back on 5th day and got Shanika in customer service. She took control of the problem. With several callbacks to me so that I wouldn't have to wait on hold for her to deal with the necessary departments and wait for approvals and activation. She has a great calming voice and dealt with me in a professional manner. Thank you, Shanika.
