Shanika in Evoice customer service

I had a horrible experience as a long time customer with their reinstatement policy that had our phone down for almost 5 days. Yes, I counted the weekend days. I called Evoice back on 5th day and got Shanika in customer service. She took control of the problem. With several callbacks to me so that I wouldn't have to wait on hold for her to deal with the necessary departments and wait for approvals and activation. She has a great calming voice and dealt with me in a professional manner. Thank you, Shanika.

Ridiculous reinstatement policy

We are business customer for almost 8 yrs. Always on autopay. Company credit card backed by my personal card. Company card got hit by some crazy charges. Bank cancels card. I go through company autopay and put in new card. Couple months ago I put new card in EVoice primary payment. All good. Going through my personal bank account I see choices from EVoice. I challenge them as fraudulent. A couple days later. Company EVoice not working. I go to my account to make sure payments are corrected. Account closed. I call EVoice with new company credit card if that is where error is. Rep said account was closed because we were labeled fraudulent. I said I would pay any back charges and put us back on autopay which we had been on for 7+ yrs. He said he could not accept payment until supervisor removed fraud label. Puts me on hold. Comes back and explains this can only be done by an email to a supervisor. And that it would take up to 48 hrs to get back to me. AND weekend doesn’t count. Yep, who uses phones on weekend. We are a 24 hrs service company. I can believe that the mistake was mine but I really thought I had replaced our company card. Maybe I didn’t save the new card setting. But to be shut down with such a slow resolution. Two days later and not even an email acknowledgement. Customer service has always been a little wonky but when issues were discovered they worked on fixing them in a timely manner.
