Purely through my own incompentance, FedEx were unable to deliver and returned the goods to the warehouse. Within 24 hours Julia at Door Superstore had them back on the wagon with more detailed delivery instructions.
...oh I did I mention the great prices

Placed an order in January, 5 days delivery lead time, 6 weeks later a damaged door finally turned up.
Company representative agreed they would not accept the door but the manufacturers refused to replace.
Constantly had to chase the company up for answers. Nearly 6 months later I finally got my refund.
No apology from the company. No offers to make it right or do there best to make it right.
Placed my order on 15th May and was told a lead time of 15-20 days taking us to 12th June. Emailed 19th June to chase and was told they would not fulfil my order due to a supplier issue and a refund would be issued. Delayed my project, no communication until I chased, refused to honor what I perceive as their responsibility to source the product from a different supplier - (it is still available on the market), only a refund offered.

Received a notification that my order would be delivered on a certain day. That came and went, had to chase Door Superstore who kept pushing the alleged date back, in the end requested a refund which I still haven’t received, poor service. Not to mention part of this delivery was supposed to be a replacement door for a previous one that was badly damaged. Would be hesitant to trust this company again.

Disappointing! Ordered a door that stated 7/10 day delivery…. Called them 7 days after ordering as I hadn’t heard anything, was told there was a delay due to something going on in the company, now had a confirmation email saying delivery will be another 2 weeks! Won’t use them again!
Ordered a front door 23 May. No shipping date given but money taken. Eventually get an email days later from a different company (crystal doors) saying 13th June you must be in and help off load etc . So today I took a day off work ..nothing arrived..check emails at lunchtime (no one bothered to call) saying out for delivery week commencing 22nd June (nearly a month after ordering and no definite date plus a missed delivery). Called customer service asking why door superstore had emailed last night to say order on way and crystal doors had also confirmed it. I was tild they would check with crystal doors and call me back within half an hour..no phone call. An hour later I called again and requested a refund. I’m hoping this is being processed but won’t know until next week. Was told by customer service the company had recently changed ownership and all suppliers had closed their accounts and they had to reopen them which they claimed might be reason for delay. Seeing as my payment was taken in May and apparently processed I check companies house and new co was registered 5 June so think they are talking rubbish (unless previous company went into administration) ..Anyway don’t waste your time purchasing then waiting for a door that may or may not arrive! Absolutely terrible . Clearly not a superstore at all (as don’t seem to hold stock) but simply a dropshipper passing ordered through to other companies without any control or accountability

Basically everything went according to plan and doors arrived on time
The doors I needed asap were in stock and they were delivered a couple of days later, over a bank holiday too!
Waited 38 days for delivery, one E mail said processing,phoned to be told processing.
It was easy to select and buy the right door that I wanted while payment process was straightforward. I received a call to arrange the delivery date and then the door arrived as agreed on the day, helpful and friendly delivery driver who was happy for me to check the goods before signing, so all in all a good experience.
Really good selection of doors at a great price, delivery was much cheaper than the other stores and the delivery driver carried it into my house. The quality of the door was brilliant
Great door, great communication with the company. Lots of texts and a phone call to advise delivery.
A shit hole customer service is poor I had to chase the doors 2 weeks when advertise as delivery within six daysthey were quick to give me all excuses while the truth is they are 3rd party and had payment issues with the jp doors would never use or recommend this crap place they are just third-party selling products for other businesses under their umbrella
