Get a better finish on a door out of a skip

Ordered a door via door superstore. After 6 weeks the door finally arrived direct from manufacturer. Should of been 5 days delivery.

The quality and finish of the door was dreadful. Manufacturer refused to replace and said this is the best they can do.
Marks all over the door, filler smeared and inconsistent quality.

Finally got a refund nearly 6 months later. Picked a next to identical door up from a different manufacturer, perfect quality and finish with no hassle.

Don't waste your time or money

Placed an order in January, 5 days delivery lead time, 6 weeks later a damaged door finally turned up.

Company representative agreed they would not accept the door but the manufacturers refused to replace.

Constantly had to chase the company up for answers. Nearly 6 months later I finally got my refund.

No apology from the company. No offers to make it right or do there best to make it right.

Didn't last 1 hour

Ordered 2 rubble chute bags, bags didn't last 1 hour before splitting, nothing particularly sharp going down the chute or anyoverloading. For £100 waste of time and money.

Fast delivery is the only good point.


Edit dropped to 1 star, after the companies reply, 7 days later no one has contacted me or reached out.
Seems like terrible product and terrible customer service.
