Cheap and pathetic…

Used the cheapest courier provider which has meant delayed delivery and I am not able to receive it for another 3 weeks. Give pathetic generic customer service responses to queries to avoid responsibility. Don't waste time or energy on this garbage brand.

Shout out to Gareth

Great service, still offer good Euro roaming which is why I moved to them. Had an issue recently and Gareth from support was incredibly understanding and helpful.

Useless system - chat bot and help centre saying different things, but neither are able to resolve issues. Trying to charge me for being a no-show but I went and paid for my appointment. Want this resolved ASAP

Joke company

Kept sending emails about my order being delayed due to massive influx of black friday orders then cancelled it. Missed out on same product at competitors during black friday who have now sold out. Joke company.

They have also partially refunded me, essentially stealing 2 thirds of my payment.

I'm facing eviction because of this bank...

I'm facing eviction because my account has been blocked. When you look it up, their website says they'll contact you:
- when the account is blocked (wasn't told - only found out when payments were chased)
- what they need to unblock it (no one has contacted me)

I've heard nothing - I can't give my landlord a reference for the rent payment even though I can see my balance and it means the funds have left my account.

There's no phone number to contact either - this is a very serious situation for me - please help

UPDATE: After I left this message and contacted their COO on LinkedIn, someone rang me saying that they would be in touch by email about my account and what I had to do to unblock it.

About 10 mins later I receive an email saying that my account is being closed.

I requested statements sent to me because the app said I couldn't do it there (which I explained by email) and the response from the risk team was, in short, 'do it on the app'.

At no point in time have I received a real explanation as to why this has happened.

Since I responded, I've heard nothing, even though they know my eviction risk. Looking forward to them being closed till Monday after not replying.

I've also now been completely blocked from the app.

Slow customer service, very average product

Made an order then instantly tried to cancel it as I changed my mind (silly on my part I know) - was told it was too late and I had to organise a refund once I received it.

Have been trying to return for 3 weeks since - jumping through hoops and sending all these photos of the product (part of the assumed plan to put you off returning). Was requested to send a photo of the 'swing tag' in order to process a return - didn't come with one (clearly didn't take it off, I requested a cancellation before it was sent, so why would I be daft enough to remove it?) - product is tatty with many loose fibres which I assume means it was a return in the first place and the last customer removed the tag.

No communication in 9 days, I suspect they're trying to tick down the 30-day return policy window to then tell me I'm too late to return even though I've chased them multiple times.

Massive waste of my time, would love to return and get my money for an overpriced blanket back before Christmas, but with this company, and the previous reviews I've seen I guess that's unlikely.

They've had the audacity to send me communications about winning an Oodie and leaving a review, but the most important communication is being ignored.

Would not recommend the quality of the product or service.
