Slow customer service, very average product
Made an order then instantly tried to cancel it as I changed my mind (silly on my part I know) - was told it was too late and I had to organise a refund once I received it.
Have been trying to return for 3 weeks since - jumping through hoops and sending all these photos of the product (part of the assumed plan to put you off returning). Was requested to send a photo of the 'swing tag' in order to process a return - didn't come with one (clearly didn't take it off, I requested a cancellation before it was sent, so why would I be daft enough to remove it?) - product is tatty with many loose fibres which I assume means it was a return in the first place and the last customer removed the tag.
No communication in 9 days, I suspect they're trying to tick down the 30-day return policy window to then tell me I'm too late to return even though I've chased them multiple times.
Massive waste of my time, would love to return and get my money for an overpriced blanket back before Christmas, but with this company, and the previous reviews I've seen I guess that's unlikely.
They've had the audacity to send me communications about winning an Oodie and leaving a review, but the most important communication is being ignored.
Would not recommend the quality of the product or service.
