Successful return, refund and repurchase due to incorrect watch size.
I got the wrong size for my partner and after a while of liaison we were able to reach common ground with the Daniel Wellington team especially Jazz from customer service. I was able to return the watch within the given 30-day return period and they even offered to pay for my delivery fees and customs all the way from South Africa 😃 I’ve never been so thrilled! I got my refund back and Jazz was with me every step of the way, these email exchanges were for about a whole month and he was there! Yesterday I bought 2 more watches, in the correct size this time and I can’t wait for them to arrive. Thanks again Jazz and God bless! - Sheelen
