Straight forward transaction however my offer was reduced due to faulty proximity sensor and phone was not unlocked. I cant comment on sensor but i factory reset the phone so how it was not unlocked is beyond me. Anyway accepted a revised offer of £12 from original £20. To use this facility you have to accept that the inspection of items are based on trust by Cash4tech. No complaints re payment but uneasy about revised offer basis. Very quick and easy tho.

Unfortunately not a smooth transaction for me, as I had to request postal pack 3 times, tracked package which confirmed delivery, but had to ring for update and had to chase payment. Slightly disappointed with whole process but have now received payment so all good thank you.

Was given a selling price of £47.00 26/7/20. Had no communication from cash4tech at all until 14/10/20 when I was credited with £14 no explanation given.......

Initially I was apprehensive but cash4tech did exactly what they said they would. Return packaging sent out in a timely manner and then when received it was processed efficiently. You get email updates to confirm the different stages.
