I signed up on Skyhills in late September 2025, but quickly realized that I had a gambling problem. So I contacted them to have the account closed. This took a while, but they closed the account. But I had 1.600+ € on the account, which I have now waited 20+ days to get back. This is not winnings, but a deposit minutes before they closed the account (you know addiction). I have experienced this multiple times with non-licensed "scam" companies. They simply try to scam you for money.

I wasnt going to include this, but originally this was a 5 star review because the casino gave me free spins if i promised to leave a good review.

2. MISSING DEPOSIT

I made a deposit on the 5th of Sept for 100EUR. The money left my bank and never made it to my account.

After waiting the 5 business days i sent in proof of deposit wtih my bank statements

The company have now had my missing deposit for 20 days and they cannot provide an update.

Every time i ask for an update they say. 'please be patient the team are reviewing'

But then you never get a response. I am not expecting to receive it as i have seen the other reviews with the same issues. I dont need the money but its the principle

3. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS
I also have been asking for compensation or free spins from the customer service agents.

Bohzo in particular is very condesending and was purposefully sending me replies back that were antagonising and even when i asked him to stop, he carried on.

When raising a complaint about this with a different customer service agent - the outcome was .... 'Your feedback has been taken on board'

Again i have saved all of the messages which i can share

4. VIP SCHEME IS A SCAM

When i joined i made a few deposits and quickly was a VIP.

You are assigned a VIP manager who is meant to be contactable by whatsap or email etc. He grants you bonus's and free spins as a reward for your deposits.

I spoke to him once, he said he was preparing a tasty bonus for me and then when i tried to contact him again to ask a few questions and get the bonus he ignored me for 5 weeks.

When he finally came back to me he said he was sorry hes busy.

He then said to me on Whatsapp that sky hills was a bad casino and i should follow him over to Incognito Casino where he is a VIP manager there.

He said to me that he has priority for these customers and he will answer his phone and provide many more bonus's. He gave me a very generous bonus for joining that casino (owned by the same group).

You guessed it, ever since then he hasnt answered the phone. He is now ignoring his customers again.

Him taking me over to another casino was just an elaborate way to trick me into spending more money for less bonus's

So basically my advice is avoid this company at all costs they are incompetent , scammers and will steal your money.

I will be posting all my evidence into a casino group on facebook.

I made a deposit where the money left my bank and never arrived in my online account.

You have to wait 5 business days incase this money miraculously re appears in your account, which believe it or not - it didnt.

You then have to send bank statements proving that it hasnt arrived and its now been 5 days. Every time you ask for an update they just say be patient. No way to access any supervisors and no compensation for the delay.

If you are a VIP customer which i am ( spent over 20K EUR ) you are assinged a manager. The manager does bugger all just chucks a few 50EUR bonus here and there

Withdrawals take forever to come back to you

I have deposited selecting bonus and when you go to the bonus they are not there

I was even asked to leave a good review for the incentive of receiving free spins? I left the review for the spins but have since deleted it

Nice website good games, but be aware, if you are using the daily spins make sure you play within 0:00UTC - 23:59 utc, AS if you win some credits it will be removed !! Skyhills is good for receiving our money and give the bonus FS, but its all BS, its like robbing our money using fake FS. I don’t know where to start with this one. Played here a couple of times and no issue until yesterday. Logged in and made my usual deposit, once it cleared I went to play my first game and was hit with a message saying gameplay not allowed. Proceeded to try game after game after game all with the same message. So go to open live chat and it no longer exists and all you can do is email them. So proceeded to withdraw my money as there is a guaranteed 24hours process time and also sent an email. It took 24 hours to get a response via email and still no questions were answered and I am now over 36 hours waiting for the return of my money and still it hasn’t been processed. Also when depositing I got charged about €5. So no live chat, charges for depositing, guaranteed withdrawal time is a complete lie and email response time is dreadful.

Edit- so after around 38 hours of waiting for a guaranteed 24hour pay out I have now been told I have to wager my deposit at least once either after sending emails and screenshots showing it will not allow me to play any games at all.

I want to warn others about my very negative experience with EOD Code SRL, the company that owns this site. This company has been operating in the Netherlands despite not being legally authorized to do so. They have already faced penalties and fines for their unlawful activities, yet they continue to present themselves as legitimate.
In my case, EOD Code SRL owes me a substantial amount of money that they have failed to repay. Repeated attempts to resolve this matter have been ignored, leaving me with both financial losses and a deep sense of frustration. Their lack of accountability and disregard for the law is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to avoid doing business with EOD Code SRL until they demonstrate compliance with regulations and fulfill their outstanding obligations.

Their customer service was responsive and my withdrawal went through without any issues. I requested a payout late Saturday, August 16, and received the money on Wednesday, August 20. Not instant, but still faster than I expected given the reputation.
