Two month review. Awesome this month gas bill £22.76. Now £167.77 in credit. With EDF I was knackered.

STILL NO APOLOGIES
1st time order and cancelled. Ordered between 18:00 - 19:00. 19:15 rang and order had not been picked. Only ordered 4 items with cost of delivery as a try. When I rang customer service with order number they said not picked. Morrisons never had an issue. COOP stay away

No issues and bought the delivery pass over ASDA better dates and quailty A+++++++. Asda Uber £8.50 steals your meat 99% of the time.

Bgas or EDF Stole my money on transfer for electric as transferred due to Gas went going smooth. What do I do as Bgas say contact EDF and EDF say contact Bgas. Please note I have 21 years in energy industry and this has been a nightmare.

Went from 5 stars to zero stars until my issue is sorted. I have my Gas on Direct Debit and Electric on smart meter PAYG. 13/06/2024 I had £25 on my meter and then on the change date 14/06/2024 the £25 disappeared and Bgas put me on emergency credit and now paying a debt back. Bgas advised to ring after 28 days for it to be put back on my meter. Chat yesterday was again dreadful. Lucky I have kept all transcripts. Need this sorting before next review

Just had a monthly bill for £26.20 against paying EDF £110 per month. Yes might of used less but hey impressed on my fixed £78 per month DD. So when cold paid up :)
