Update to my review

I have four main issues

1. BRIBED ME WITH FREE SPINS FOR A 5 STAR TRUST PILOT REVIEW

4. VIP SCHEME IS A SCAM

1. TRUST PILOT 5 STAR REVIEW BRIBE

I wasnt going to include this, but originally this was a 5 star review because the casino gave me free spins if i promised to leave a good review.

I have the evidence from the chat with the agent which i will send to trustpilot

2. MISSING DEPOSIT

I made a deposit on the 5th of Sept for 100EUR. The money left my bank and never made it to my account.

After waiting the 5 business days i sent in proof of deposit wtih my bank statements

The company have now had my missing deposit for 20 days and they cannot provide an update.

Every time i ask for an update they say. 'please be patient the team are reviewing'

But then you never get a response. I am not expecting to receive it as i have seen the other reviews with the same issues. I dont need the money but its the principle

3. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS
I also have been asking for compensation or free spins from the customer service agents.

Bohzo in particular is very condesending and was purposefully sending me replies back that were antagonising and even when i asked him to stop, he carried on.

When raising a complaint about this with a different customer service agent - the outcome was .... 'Your feedback has been taken on board'

Again i have saved all of the messages which i can share

4. VIP SCHEME IS A SCAM

When i joined i made a few deposits and quickly was a VIP.

You are assigned a VIP manager who is meant to be contactable by whatsap or email etc. He grants you bonus's and free spins as a reward for your deposits.

I spoke to him once, he said he was preparing a tasty bonus for me and then when i tried to contact him again to ask a few questions and get the bonus he ignored me for 5 weeks.

When he finally came back to me he said he was sorry hes busy.

He then said to me on Whatsapp that sky hills was a bad casino and i should follow him over to Incognito Casino where he is a VIP manager there.

He said to me that he has priority for these customers and he will answer his phone and provide many more bonus's. He gave me a very generous bonus for joining that casino (owned by the same group).

You guessed it, ever since then he hasnt answered the phone. He is now ignoring his customers again.

Him taking me over to another casino was just an elaborate way to trick me into spending more money for less bonus's

So basically my advice is avoid this company at all costs they are incompetent , scammers and will steal your money.

I will be posting all my evidence into a casino group on facebook.

Well in the beginning was brilliant but the more I've deposited the less wins infact hardly anything after today if things don't change I will be closing my account lost way too much we will see

Be carefull those guys are scammers,
First time a completed the welcome bonus wager and they did pay out a small profit. So they give you trust. Then From my free spins i got 290 euros. Needed to wager 12000euro. I did completed that with a 1400 profit. Tried to withdrawal. And my money was gone. They gave back the bonus money of 290 euro. Had to complete the wager of 11000 again. I did nothing wrong. Did not buy bonusbuys no bet hoger that 5 euro etc etc. BIG BIG SCAM WATCH OUT!

I never write reviews but for this one i have to, i see people complaining about losing and not getting withdrawals, for the losing part its a casino you win or you lose. And for the withdrawals i never got any problem all being paid out in 24 hours or a couple hours longer. Even big cashouts. Great site 5/5.

This is not a good casino, this is 100% a scam website.

I played this and the games are all working great! No lag all available and no registration needed basicly.

But here comes the problem, you cannot withdrawl. It will stay forever on pending, the support keeps you thinking they are pro's but they are pro in scamming.

Do not throw away your money guys, really good scam casino website, that is all they are

Ended up on their mailing list. They take no action from their partners and "nothing they can do about it" when i requested they remove my name.

Live chat is pointless - company should be closed down or investigated by UK Gaming Commission

UK player and this is a brilliant casino. Made few deposits and a few decent withdrawls. Withdrawls in bank account within 2 working days. They do not pay out or process withdrawls on a weekend.Nice to play at a foreign casino where you actually get your winnings, 5 🌟
