Was passed to these guys via home emergency cover and honestly they were brilliant. Aman Chaggar was knowledgeable, progressional and genuinely a really nice bloke. Able to sort the issue in around an hour or so and really put mind at ease. Called out to a total electrical failure at home which turned out to be an issue with 2 breakers which replaced with ease. Top job and a happy customer 👍🏻will be recommending to anyone who needs a sparkie thanks again Aman. - Josh

Amar came out in response to an emergency caused by me, I put 2 x screw through two pipes when securing floorboards. A really nice genuine bloke, thorough job, polite and very pleasant, no fuss, just sorted the problem. Thanks Amar, pleasure to meet you.

Knowledgeable, helpful & trustworthy - Amar came following an emergency via the Insurers. He got on with the job and helped my elderly parents ti get their water running again & make the property safe. Parents had no support from the insurers prior ss they were left in limbo not knowing what was happening. Amar shared his experience/expertice & provided advice & guidance about what to do especially considering they were vulnerable. Thank you Amar 🙏🏽. Definitely recommend.

What an excellent experience I have just received! So quick to come out, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend enough, will definitely be passing on contact details to all my friends.

We had home emergency on Friday as our toilet in the wet room was leaking. He found where it was leaking very quickly and talked us through what he would have to do. He was very professional and dealt with the leak in short space of time. He tidied up after him. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Had a problem with our toilet.
Plumber was very professional and talked us through the process of what was broken and what he done.
Extremely kind and also cleaned up once he was done.
Absolutely fantastic service!

We had a home emergency in relation to a boiler breakdown. No power was going to the boiler and our engineer swiftly found the power issue and arranged for the relevant plumbing specialist to resolve the rest. Whilst with us our engineer was highly efficient, courteous and professional.

Your operative amar the plumber is a polit and knowledgeable trades man he did an excellent job for me and i would recomend his services to my family and freinds .thank you a good job well done

I Couldn’t have been more grateful!
I have been living with no lights for over a week and was ripped off by a scammer electrician.
Vivid design and build were so professional, they could have left to be fair after looking at the state of my fuse board, but no, he isolated the problem within no time. I now have lights!
As a single mom and being ripped off already - I can vouch for this one!

Brilliant Service! A gentleman from Vivid Design and Build Ltd attended my property on Thursday evening to a home insurance emergency for a water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and extremely polite. Job sorted in a very short time and he also gave me advice to ensure such a problem never happens again. Full marks, would highly recommend him and the company to anyone. Many thanks for all your help.

Very pleased with service and advice provided by Amar. We had an emergency and Amar attended in the evening and assessed and advised best way forward.
