I would not recommend this company
Andy came over for some electrical work that had to be done, made so many promises “any problems you come to me” work started in November 21
Told him about some work not done properly by his team last year August nothing. No replies to my calls, texts nothing.
Sockets not working light switches not working. He still has not come to sort out the electrics. So I have decided to talk to citizens Advice. Letter to be sent for court proceedings against Andy B & B Property Services.
If you are going to get Andy and his team to do some work get it all in black and white even what he says, as Andy for the life of him will not talk to you after. He will but only to chase the money “payment on completion” but Andy’s terms…you have to make the payment or I will get the legal team involved in December rubbish work was completed in April 22 😡

The whole team at B&B were a pleasure to deal with. Helped transform our garden from an eyesore to a stunning space that we can enjoy as a family. Helped us decide on the right materials for the space and look we wanted. Could not be happier with the team, the price and whole process. 5 star review!

They have refurbished the new premises for Helping Hands Advice Centre in South Wigston. They have created a wonderful space which will benefit the community greatly. The team have been helpful and efficient, finishing earlier than we had originally anticipated. They also provided some great finishing touches. Communication throughout was clear and helpful. Highly recommended

We had a new kitchen fitted by B&B in August. They did a fantastic job. They arranged everything for us from removal of old kitchen, plastering, electrics, fitting, decorating, waste removal etc. Nothing was too much trouble and the fitters communicated well throughout making sure everything was done as we wanted right to the final details. Andy was in contact with us most evening making sure everything was okay and we was happy with the progress. All the workers did a fantastic job and worked around us being available. We would use them again for sure. Thank you for doing a brilliant job and giving us a stunning new kitchen. Louis

I'm so pleased I was recommended Andy by his window fitter for our garage conversion as there are so many cowboys and time wasters out there I wanted to avoid.

Andy has a vast team of professional tradespeople who covered every aspect of the build and were always willing to answer any queries or concerns of ours. He had a number of clever ideas for our build to improve it and was always happy to provide a quote for any upgrades or additional work we interested in even if we didn't go ahead with it.

The garage conversion has been completed well within the estimated completion time to a very high standard. Andy is a perfectionist and will ensure everything is done correctly and meets building regulation standards. If it's not right it will get redone!

A big positive is communication by Andy at every step of the way and having a WhatsApp group with us made it easy to ask questions and get answers even outside normal office hours.

I was so impressed with B&B Property Services and the quality of the work that we have had ensuite bathroom refreshed by their sister company with the main bathroom to follow shortly. We are also having our kitchen completely remodeled in the very near future.

Your quality of work, honestly, integrity and time keeping makes you better than the rest which means I'm sure you will be our builder for life now!

Andy and his wonderful team built a porch for me. I was initially apprehensive as I hadn't used them before, they had been recommended. I asked Andy so many questions before even beginning the work and then lots more even during the work. Andy and his team always explained what they were doing and reassured me that the work would be of a high standard. I can say now that it is complete, it looks great. They did a wonderful job. Trades were coming very quickly for each part of the job. I would highly recommend B & B Property Services Ltd. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Thank you so so much to Andy and his team , because without them our house would literally just be brick with the odd few walls after it flooded and caught on fire , We literally lost everything and felt so defeated,but that all quickly changed when we met them they move really really quickly to make our home a home again , they keep your home spotless even when doing the work which is a bonus for me , and Andy keeps you updated every step of the way, we will honestly be forever grateful for what you guys have done for us and have continued to do for us , a million percent would not recommend another company other than you guys , So anybody that's needing work done please contact these guys .

Pat Grimes and his workers were absolutely wonderful. They did quite a difficult job putting a a shower in a very small Shower Room They’ve worked very hard. We are so pleased glad we picked him and he’s a very honest and great guy. I would recommend him any time. If ever we want another plumber, would definitely have him again.

We wanted a hole knocking through for a new window in our very dark dining room. Andy was really helpful and the whole project was carried out efficiently and quickly. We’re delighted with the finished project and would strongly recommend Andy and his workers

Andy’s team is incredible, he provided me with a reasonable price for the conversion of my garage. All team members were dedicated and professional in each procedure. When encountering any construction difficulties, he was patient to provide me with feasible solutions which made me very reassured. I highly recommend B&B to everyone.

I had some roofing issues but wasn’t sure how far to go with the repairs.
Andy came to look and advised what needed to be done (and more importantly what didn’t need to be done) and it was great to have an honest assessment.
Within a couple of days the scaffold was erected and Steve the roofer carried out the repairs (lead work and repointing) and was really excellent.
Will definitely use this company again !

So many builders let us down with timing, not turning up, asking us to buy their materials etc etc. Working with Andy was a dream. He turned up when he said he would, he did the job when he said he would, he kept me informed about deliveries etc. If you want a stress free job doing these are your people. Otherwise there's always the cowboys.

Very efficient service completed almost immediately after agreeing the fairly priced quote given. Areas cleared after work completed and happy with the work done. Would recommend and use again.

We have just completed 4 rooms (including converting the bathroom to a disability accessible one) using B & B. From start to finish all the team have been superb. Andy was fantastic with our complicated brief. All the trades have been great too! Stress free for us and completed within a reasonable time. We are using the same company to complete the renovation of the rest of the house.

I was in distress as my chimney had become unstable due to strong winds Andy and his team went above and beyond to get the chimney secured and repairs carried out before it became any worse. B&B will be getting all my work going forward they were not only quick efficient and friendly but the quote came in at nearly half the price of what I was originally quoted that level of honest is rare in this day and age because I would of gladly paid what ever was asked. They are my go to people for any property work. I thank you ☺️

We were recommended to B&B through a friend, regarding leak investigation and damage, and what an excellent recommendation! From the start Andy and the team have been fantastic. They've kept us informed of all the works, as it's turned into a slightly bigger job than we first anticipated, and been wonderfully fun as they've undertaken the work. My mum has loved the laughs she has with them.
A slightly misfortunate accident from my mum midway has meant a bit of juggling around with the diary and payment schedule but again, they've been supportive every step of the way. The works so far have been excellent quality and we're all confident we're in good hands, and the finished job will be fantastic!

Overall a good experience, a very competitive quote and nice tradesmen that did a good job. A little hiccup with timings but it got sorted so all was good in the end. Would recommend.

New roof installation - Great service, quick, efficient and informative.
Was quoted several options we could have gone with, repairs or full roof installation.
Communication was great and roof’s looking good 👍
