Paid for 2-3days delivery, not arrived.

4th day and not received.
Rang & was told, it's 2-3days for them to process order, then 2-3days delivery on top, having paid £4.50 for fast track delivery.
A week after order, paying for fast tracked delivery, is not fast (which tells me they product was not in stock as the website showed) & they don't clearly state it could take 3+ days to process order + the 2-3days delivery on top.
Great service and quick delivery
I ordered a new bike from Biketart and their communication and service was fantastic.
They got in contact soon after I ordered and asked for more information for suspension set up and bike build along with some expectations for delivery.
A few emails followed about delivery and build and they were able to expedite the delivery to me so I received the bike a few days later.
Really happy with the bike itself and the service provided by the team at Biketart.
Very poor service ordered a fox armour…
Very poor service ordered a fox armour for Motocross still waiting for it ordered on the 1st still number phone number doesn't accept phone calls email only chat is non exists will never buy from this company again and I've gone straight to fox the main dealer and they said they will investigate the poor service and total disregard for customer satisfaction. I've also told my 1.4 million subscribers not use this company so reputation is as good as gone.

Orderd some tyres and a few other bits at 8:20 Monday morning with delivery in 3/4 days selected ones that were showing in stock for delivery as quick as possible to email them today to find out they havnt enabled packed them yet as there saying they were t in stock they was showing in stock as selected these as the ones I wanted were only in stock with supplier service is absolutely atrocious I’ll stick with tredz in future far better customer service and iteams delivers on time

Terrible after sales service
Developed quite significant issues with my e-bike purchased from them just a few months ago. Despite the excellent manufacturers warranty my contract is with biketart and so far they can’t even be bothered to respond to my emails or telephone calls. So I’ve got a bike that is faulty and I can’t get a response from the store I purchased it from. Very poor service.

Misleading listings and dispatch times. They happily take your money then dont send you the items. Over a week of chasing up and they still dont know when it will be in stock. However the website still has the item listed as 2-3 day dispatch.
Poor customer service
Never come across a company so unwilling to make sales, store open times online are wrong and for some reason even when open they still refuse to answer the phone on any of their lines, poor customer service
Patient and understanding customer services gets the 5*s
My wife ordered a gift for me from Biketart, unfortunately, the wrong item was dispatched. Although there was some initial confusion over how to rectify the issue the customer service team (specifically Brandon) was both patient and understanding and he even sorted the return and replacement himself to save my wife the problem. There are many sellers of bike parts out there and if the sale all goes well then there's little to differentiate them, however, when something goes wrong that's when the differences occur - in this case Biketart's Brandon went above and beyond. Thank you Brandon!
