Got a bargain osprey hip pack, delivery to store was really quick and I was happy... until 2 days later you put the price down a fiver!

Said product was available So I ordered, paid, got order confirmation and then shortly after, my order was cancelled due to no stock. 🤔

Maybe sort your stock check out!

Quite frankly THE worst company I've EVER dealt with online! Placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my product. My delivery date keeps getting pushed back and I keep getting fobbed off by customer service saying they are waiting for another department to get back to them, for about a week now. I keep asking for someone higher up to sort this but nothing happens.

Steer clear, they seemingly do not care about their customer service one bit.

Bought a few things from Winstanleys over the past few months, and found their prices to be some of the best I've found online. Customer service has been great when I've needed to get in touch. Fast becoming one of my 'go to' online retailers.

If I interpreted your words on the live chat (which took 2 attempts as you kicked me off) you basically shrugged your shoulders at me and said tough! Then you ignored my email.

Very poor interface on my mobile. Couldn't choose where I wanted to sit, so had to keep refreshing to get somewhere near where I wanted, but still didn't get exactly where I wanted.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Staff don't read emails and send replies back based on their lack of reading said emails. Just shocking. Then they blame the customer for the problem. Problem not resolved and trying to make a complaint but getting nowhere.

Update : Someone has got back to me on messenger and is being looked into hopefully.

From ordering to receiving was less than 2 days so kudos for the speedy service.

I'd seen the ads pop up on my social media as I had been looking for new brake pads so I decided to have a look. The reviews seemed pretty good so I thought I'd give them a chance, after all, they weren't that expensive. I ordered the race matrix pads and have had them on now for 3 rides and I have to say the reviews have been correct so far. They're awesome!!

Extremely happy with the wateroroof socks and would definitely recommend. I bought 2 pairs and my feet were warm and dry and not sweaty after wearing them all day cycling.
Buy them, you won't be disappointed... I'm not!
