A string of poor experiences

I recently bought a D7000 (TX-UK-7071770) which was described on their web page as "Like New". When I received the camera it showed wear to the grips, had a large piece of dust in the viewfinder and dust spots on the sensor which showed at f22, returned for refund. As I mostly shoot landscapes the dust spots on the sensor was really unacceptable. My confidence in making anymore purchases has been lessened as I now have not much faith in their grading of products. After posting this review I was offed a discount on my next purchase and an assurance that it would be fully checked before sending out, so I bought another D7000 (TX-UK-7090207) this time described as Excellent. When it arrived it had significant dust in the viewfinder and smears on the sensor, returned for refund. Again I was offered discount on my next purchase so I went for a 3rd D7000 and this time the camera came as described, happy days. Seems their grading is very poor and hit and miss. My latest purchase (was a Lowepro Pro Tactic 250 backpack again described as new, when this arrived it had marks to the interior and some staining to the exterior of the bag, so again this was returned for a refund. When I received the refund it was minus the postage costs which I had to then chase this up with MPB, something that should not have had to be done. I think I have been more than fair giving this company all the chances to provide accurate descriptions of their products but it seems they continually fail. I think I have had my fill of bad experiences here and this will be my last.

Well I got a response as they said but no support of any kind was offered, not that they care but they have lost a long standing customer.
