Great experience buying our new mattress. Hawa was lovely - very knowledgable and gave us just the right amount of options to choose from. She was really patient as we had our young daughter with us as well which made our shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thanks, Hawa.

Ben was very helpful and showed us what was available for the price range we wanted.
Excellent choice of beds and mattresses with good offers on.

Phil was helpful and made the process straightforward. He went through the Sleeppro and advised us on a few suitable options. There was a good selection of mattresses and the overall experience was relaxed and not pushy, we even went to another bed provider before coming back to make our purchase.
Shout out to Craig who sorted a refund for us on the difference due to a promotion online

Had a brilliant experience in the Middlebrook store today. Their salesman, Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me with my purchase and was very patient with answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend this store.

When we first walked in, we was asked straight away if we need help. We kindly said we are just browsing so they replied, I will leave you too it, come find me if you need me. Which was great!!
We found 2 beds we liked but needed a few more info, the guy who greeted us at the door, Ben, was able to provide us with the answers, gave us options and mostly helped us rush because my little boy was getting bored. He was so friendly, honest and professional and walked away with 2 beds that we cannot wait to receive!

Was dealt with by Ben , no pressure sales was knowledgeable and helpful just built a bungalow so needed quite a bit of furniture so bought an electric bed with headboard and mattress , 2 wardrobes and another divan bed and headboard for the guest room , delivery was as scheduled very happy with products received just waiting the divan base to come as a later order , would I recommend this company absolutely especially if you speak with Ben

Craig at the Middlebrook store was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us find a bed and mattress to suit our needs and budget. We had to consider how we would get a super king up a spiral staircase so he found us a rollable mattress and a bed frame/headboard that comes apart into pieces. We couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for it to arrive! Thank you Craig!

I walked into the store just 15 minutes before closing, only intending to have a quick browse. However, both Phil and Craig went above and beyond — not only did they welcome me warmly, but they also stayed behind after closing time to make sure I had everything I needed and could complete my mattress purchase without feeling rushed.

They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. They also made sure that I received all the free promotional items that were part of the current offer, without me even needing to ask.

Even when I offered to come back another day to avoid keeping them late, they assured me they were more than happy to help and insisted on seeing everything through with a smile.

Honestly, their customer service was second to none — I was so impressed. Phil and Craig are a real credit to Bensons and made the whole experience a joy. Thank you

We went into the shop the previous day looking for a bed for our son. We spoke to HAWA who said it was best to bring him in and she would go through everything.
We went the day after and we managed to buy 2 beds and mattresses along with some bedside cabinets.
The experience was very good as there was no pressure on ourselves to buy. HAWA was very understanding and helpful and made sure we were aware of all the alternatives.
