Very happy, great sales service
Having visited the store, I made my purchase over the telephone. Phil was amazing. He knew all the right questions to ask me and along with his extensive product knowledge, this made the process of finding me the perfect mattress really easy. I think he also got a good deal for me!

Phil was really helpful
Phil was really helpful. I initially felt overwhelmed with choices and didn’t know where to start. He was friendly and very knowledgable without being pushy. I tried the machine thing which explained about pressure points and suggested a medium firm mattress would suit my needs. He explained the various filling options, gels, natural, latex’s etc. He Suggested I try 1 or 2 from each to get a feel for what I liked and he advised to go for comfort rather than focusing on how many springs etc. He provided pillows and left me to try them out and make my own choices. After I chose my mattress, he explained about rotating it, which I’ve never done, I’ve always flipped. Explained about delivery, recycling my old mattress, insurance and protection options etc. It ended up a Really positive experience and removed all the stress for me.

Friendly and informative sales staff. No hard selling they just let the quality products sell themselves which ensured more engagement from me. Phil was especially impressive. His product knowledge and experience gave me confidence that buying from Benson’s was the right thing to do. As a result we purchased 2 new pillows and waiting to take delivery of a new mattress.

Experience in shop very good bought a tempur mattress. Then started getting text messages and Emails telling me about the delivery received message nearly every other day with know change of delivery date etc
Very over the top and very annoying.
Told everything was going ok on every text then received phone call from store the day before delivery telling me the mattress protector would not be delivered with mattress as not in stock at Bolton and a jumbled message about getting one from the store in Preston how has this happened as the order was placed on the 25/5/25 and every text / Email said all ok and on time. Mattress delivered today 24/6/25 so still waiting for protector.
Very poor service please stop the bull shit texts / Emails as obviously no connection between the sender and shop / delivery team. Will not be using bensons again unless sent apology.
