Stay away if you like your home
Well if you like your home in one piece. DONT BUY FROM DREAMS . Damage to stair wall and pulled a curtain hook clean out of the wall damaging wall and wallpaper. Then left without telling anyone. Tried to deal with it with the store and they have deliberately past me from department to department even say they have just emailed me to offer £50 to repaper my stairs and replace the hook . The so called customer service is a total insulting joke . You are a mate whilst buying in the store then you are the enemy so as you have a problem.

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival. Sales executive Khalid took the time to understand our needs and guided us to the most suitable options. He encouraged us to try different mattresses, which really helped us make an informed decision. Overall, our experience—from the moment we walked in to placing our order—was excellent and very satisfying.

Our experience with Dreams Beds has been nothing short of excellent.
From the moment we stepped into the Bognor store to the delivery of our new bed, the service has been outstanding.
We were assisted by Mark, who took the time to ensure we chose the perfect bed and mattress for our needs. His knowledge and guidance made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
We appreciated the flexibility to delay delivery while we completed some decorating. Dreams stayed in touch and confirmed everything with us about a week in advance, which was very helpful.
On delivery day, we were given a convenient two-hour time slot, and the team arrived right on time. The delivery was efficient and carried out with great care. The delivery team was polite, professional, and took the time to explain mattress care and maintenance, which we really appreciated.
Thank you, Dreams Beds, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We’re absolutely delighted with our new bed!

A comfortable experience all-round. We were served by Paul who was knowledgeable, conscientious of budget constraints, friendly, and excited to ensure maximum comfort (via sleep match - a fascinating a free piece of kit).

Margaret at the Paisley branch was absolutely fantastic - the best customer service we’ve had for a long time!! She left us to have a look when we came in then offered expertise and genuine advice on mattresses, as well as pillows to give it a try! She talked us through the different options available, offering cups of tea and we’re excited to receive our bed this week. We’d like to say a big thanks Margaret for her help, she was kind, genuine and had a good sense of humour which made the process easy and enjoyable

Very poor quality items, order from January 2024 still not resolved
Today was another attempt at swapping out 3 pieces: X 2 divan bases (meaning one complete base) and a headboard since the original items delivered early 2024 arrived faulty. However, despite going through extra quality checks, again, the items were again delivered with multiple problems including protruding and dangerous staples, damage to the fabric, a fault to the fabric, damaged metal corners to the drawers, metal corners stapled on at askew, a fault with the headboard, and more, including a yet again a problem with a drawer. Considering this had gone through extra quality control, how did the items pass? It is unbelievable that this has been going on since early 2024 and despite the numerous swap outs, the situation is still not resolved. To make matters worse, when one out of the three pieces was swapped out today (the head end part of the divan base) as initially it appeared to be an improvement on what had been delivered previously, unlike the other two pieces that were delivered today, when the delivery team built the bed we discovered it was worse than the previous one, one drawer wasn't fitting correctly and this was pointed out to the delivery team who said that was how it's supposed to be. The draw is so loose and crocked, if you open the drawer to the other side, it opens all the way and you have to go round the bed to close it. The drawer is also noisy when changing position and getting out of bed. and also the colour was a different shade. This was mentioned to the delivery team but they said it was too late to get the original piece back as it had touched the ground and was back on the van. This meant we were left with the two parts of the divan base that not only still both had problems but the colour between the two pieces also differed, and since each part of the divan base is side by side this is not good. Clearly there must be a problem with quality control especially when extra quality checks are undertaken, and pieces still arrive with defects. This is not about being particular but about expecting items to be at least free from obvious defects. Today was a further waste of time and we're now in an even worse position. I had high hopes for Dreams but given the quality of their products, I could never recommend. This review relates to the Dream Team divan base and headboard, King size. Wayne tried to help !!!!!
Had a tv bed delivered on 11/09/2025, the delivery team put the bed tv together, and when testing the tv was moving up and down in the bed, found a problem.
The tv would not go up or down, the team straight away filled a report about this bed, that we paid £2500 for and waited 14 days for delivery.
Have not had a call from dreams, I rang them on 13/09/25 pm.
Was told the “technical team” will be in touch.
After waiting for them to contact me about my bed, I feel it’s time for review of this company’s customer cate, delivery team excellent, company poor, very very poor.
I hope this company contacts myself on the 15th ( Wednesday).
Not at all happy, got my money, now don’t care.
UPDATE .
Have a positive response from Wayne at Dreams, and thank you to him.
This now seems to be out of Dreams control, and under control of one of their suppliers, which if I was a Dream director, would look seriously at their contract, they are putting Dreams in a position of the tail wagging the dog.
But again thank you to Wayne at Dreams for all his efforts.
