I switched supplier to Pure Plant from…

I switched supplier to Pure Plant from my old supplier the monthly premium was less then my old standing debit since transferring I have now been informed that my debit will be more than my old suppliers! Not impressed with Pure Planets costs! Thinking of going back to my original supplier. No explanation give as to why the cost has increased.

Thanks for speaking with me over the phone.

I'm glad we could go through the split payment system we have which tries to ensure that our members are not in a high debit or credit throughout the year. With this system, it is clear that you will be paying less then your previous supplier.

If your usage is lower then anticipated then we'll review your account and lower your payments.

Company not interested in clients…

Company not interested in clients requirements. Very disappointed with the service and customer care. Increase in premium excess no explanation as to why, when no claims have been made against the policy for several years. Also when trying to cancel policy hanging on phone for around thirty minutes. Until I received the latest renewal premium and experienced the poor service I was ready to renew this insurance.
