Great choice available and prices/offers. Staff were very helpful at the showroom without being overly intrusive or pushy. Fitting service included was a massive bonus.

If anything, I felt the communication was a little lacking, but I put this down to the wardrobes I ordered having a fairly long lead time and as such, there was often nothing to update on while they were being manufactured. Approaching the delivery date, communication was regular, effective and hassle-free via email and phone. The delivery company was excellent and kept me informed throughout the day. They assembled the whole suite within an hour, talked me through it and took away all of the packaging too.

Worth adding that the wardrobes themselves are great quality and well worth the money.

I have looked at wardrobes on line and in store for months very unsure about buying such a big item unseen. I kept returning to the Benson’s site and decided to go view it in store and I was enchanted with it on first sight as it was in the window. I have had my current German manufactured wardrobe for 25 years - it’s been a good un. The excellent salesman at Bensons was brilliant. We are building outside and every room in our house is a complete mess so the lovely guy Craig said if we weren’t ready on the due date we could ring up and delay delivery. Honestly it could not have been a better sales experience for us. The wardrobe is just what I wanted at an affordable price in the sale and at last I have stopped wrangling with myself about which one to buy from where and what size!

I needed a single mattress to take away the same day but didn’t want to pay too much as it was only needed short term. I saw a mattress at a cheap price but was told I would have to wait for delivery but before I could leave the staff found a different mattress they had in stock within my budget. It was paid for and in my car 10 mins later saving me the hassle of carrying on the search on a busy retail park on a Saturday afternoon. Very grateful to all the staff for the help.

Because I had shopped with you previously , and decided I would be treated with excellent service and I wasn’t disappointed , well done and I would recommend you to everyone thinking of shopping for beds

Was delivered on time specified and the bed is very comfortable. Not too hard or too soft. An excellent night's sleep.

When visiting the store in the Reebok Centre I was served by a salesman called Monty who was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all not pushy. He answered all our questions and explained everything The price was good also .First Class

Craig the sales man was very friendly and approachable when we asked a question about 3/4 divan beds. He guided us to the area were we cold try them out. He explained in details about the different types of mattress and costs. We were left alone to try them out at our leisure (no pushy salesman involved )
The whole experience was quick and positive and we soon decided on a divan bed and headboard for our spare room.
The price was very reasonable and what we expected to pay at a guess. They also accepted a Blue Light Card so a discount was deducted.
This is the second time my family have got fixed up at Bensons for Bed at Middlebrook Horwich and I highly recommend this store.

I’m super happy with my son’s new bed! From start to finish everything ran exactly as we were expecting ! The order was taken very professionally, the delivery drivers James & Baz were fab! They phoned me about 40 mins before arrival. Everything was just brilliant.. every bed we have bought has been from Bensons and this reminds me why :) top service thank you!!

Zam was lovely! He gave us great advice! Was patient and didn't rush us at all to make a decision. I told Zam what I wanted, price range and style and he knew exactly what to show me which made choosing so much easier!

As it's the Easter holidays, I brought my 2 boys along 8 & 10, the Easter egg colouring station was a brilliant touch and enabled me to be able to have a look around without bored children wanting to leave straight away. Thank you Zam for your help and advice! I cannot wait for my new bed to arrive soon!
