Whop is garbage. Their who interface is garbage. Their resolution centre is garbage. You can't contest or add information to the case that YOU opened. They side with the merchant without actually finding out more information.

I had joined a trading course which was sold through whop, but unfortunatley it was shut down because the seller was caught up in a scam scandal. The whop service team helped me get my refund quick and with no hesitation. They made it seamless and made sure I was taken care of. My business falls underneath the terms…
My business falls underneath the terms of service for whop’s payment processor. I am new, only processing revenue for a week. No chargebacks, and no insane revenue activity for anyone to suspect any fraudulent transactions occurring (can show proof if needed).
The nature of our business is gaming subscription software where we sell digital subscriptions for an FPS optimizer to put it in blank. This business is supported but is considered high risk (understandable).
However with only a week of revenue, whop has decided to place my account in a 100% reserve with a window timeframe of 120 days before re-evaluation. This decision is off of no chargebacks, and no unusual activity by the way. This is unfair, and the justification behind it is not relayed clearly to me. The staff aren’t explaining things clearly to me either
Whop Suspended My Account and Is Holding My Money – Zero Accountability
I am extremely disappointed and angry with Whop. My account was suspended without explanation, and they are holding my money for 120 days. This is my money, yet they refuse to clearly tell me what will happen after the 120 days.
I contacted their support multiple times, including an agent named “Tom,” who repeatedly said, “I don’t know,” to every question. Instead of giving answers, he avoided all responsibility and closed the chat on me. When I tried again, the same thing happened chat closed, no explanation, no respect.
Whop is holding funds with no transparency, no accountability, and no customer care. This is completely unacceptable. I asked for a simple answer: What happens to my money after 120 days? Nobody will answer.
A platform that takes people’s money and refuses to even communicate is dangerous. I am warning others – think twice before trusting Whop, because once they hold your funds, you are left in the dark with no support and no rights.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! -> AVOID
Hello, I never signed up to this site. I got a reminder email, saying that you you get a payment from me.I tried to login to the website with my email, there is no such account. Basically, they try to find new customer by sending payment reminder, which is totally wrong. This is scam!
Later on, I contacted to their customer service to delete the fake account on my email. They kept insisting to get my address. I don't need to give you my address for the fake account that you have created on my email without my knowledge & permission. This is a big scam!

Overcharged and not worth it!
The lesson I got was supposed to be one payment $3,333. I had a conversation agreed with the coach before I purchased the course but Whop overcharged me 2 more payments $3,333
I got the course from Chase Chappell, it’s not worth it AT ALL. They said 1-1 different coaches with different subject but they only sent me 1 for the whole 5 months and only got 1-1 call with Chase himself TWICE over 5 months!!!
Whop refused to refund the overcharge amount EVEN though I have a clear proof that I should be only charged ONCE.
Both the course and the platform are very unprofessional. I need my refund.

Rav went above and beyond helping me today with getting the Buy Now, Pay Later options set up on my Whop store. This was an issue I’d been struggling with for a while, and he’s the only one who fully solved it. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything worked perfectly before wrapping up. Exceptional customer service Whop needs more people like Rav!
