Overcharged and not worth it!

The lesson I got was supposed to be one payment $3,333. I had a conversation agreed with the coach before I purchased the course but Whop overcharged me 2 more payments $3,333
I got the course from Chase Chappell, it’s not worth it AT ALL. They said 1-1 different coaches with different subject but they only sent me 1 for the whole 5 months and only got 1-1 call with Chase himself TWICE over 5 months!!!
Whop refused to refund the overcharge amount EVEN though I have a clear proof that I should be only charged ONCE.
Both the course and the platform are very unprofessional. I need my refund.

Not easy to use.

I signed up for a free trial and never used their platform again but they kept charging me $39 every single month.
I got my refund but I wish the ai tool is better. I’ve created some videos for my jewelry but it just looks fake. I hope it’ll get better in the future.

Way too big

I ordered the dress that cost $2k in July, waited for more than a month and they sent me one is not even my size. Wayyy too big! They offer to help me exchange the dress but it’s already past my event. They asked me to take down the review and then disappeared for 3 days now. I just want to get my money back. Got my refund but still don’t love the quality.
