Amazingly fast and on-point Support

TL;DR Whop Support level of service and response is better than Amazon Customer Service.

Had an issue with sign up where I’d put in a misspelled email address I honestly thought it would be a bit of a nightmare with email only support… However… the response times are phenomenally quick more or less like instant messaging on WhatsApp. The support are super smart and clued-on very quickly helped me resolve my issues. Absolute minimal hassle support was available more or less 24/7. Thanks to Nick, Lo, Evan and the rest of Support for being awesome. Keep rockin’!!

Decent website and price. Ordered. Two days later got a refund notification without any explanation and order cancelled. Customer experience not great therefore.

Avoid. Misleading and unethical

Avoid at all costs, broke my John Lewis bed, didn’t bother informing me, fitter paid some of it under instruction from the branch, they both then strung me along for a year and said tough luck in the end.

Carpetright are misleading - they will book your fitter and only tell you after the fact (when there is an issue) that the fitter is either a 3rd party installer or subcontractor. All the while making out they work for them to get the sale.

You have no protection if you go with this unethical company.

Avoid.

Update: despite emailing head office customer services a number of times as requested here, I’ve had not one response. Validating my assertion about being unethical.

What I needed to start to Maximise my Potential

I attended the training course in September '22, but wanted to wait to see the longer term effects of the course and the experience.

The four day course was professionally delivered, demanding, but equally rewarding. I noticed tangible shifts in myself from the first evening. You leave the four day with a uniquely euphoric outlook.

I certainly achieved my goals to springboard my speed-reading, improved comprehension and better memory recall - but also way, way, more than that.

In order to unlock the speed reading and memory skills uplift - and this is explained, there is a lot of 'deep work' (renewing/remapping neural pathways and deep cleansing) that is undertaken to help optimise your brain's functions to enable the maximum potential for the speed reading etc.

Maximising one's potential is *literally* what Lovebrain gives you the tools an support to enable for yourself, at a bit of a pace during the four day course, and then at your own pace as you become a member of the vibrant Lovebrain University sessions as a community member (more family than community - but it is what you choose to make of it).

In all honestly the bang for buck is tremendous, and the tools and techniques you learn are leading-edge and life-long - should you choose to maximise the inherent potential in you... But more than this - all the people at Lovebrain really truly do care about you as an individual and helping you achieve your goals, and that makes Lovebrain, in my opinion and experience, unique.

Suspicious goings on with this firm

Already a Vodafone customer and passed the credit check but the order was cancelled ‘for security reasons that cannot be disclosed’. So this company now knows there is a credit worthy customer and has all my details, and have cancelled the order without explanation. Called customer services twice, the reason cannot be disclosed under Data Protection - err it's my data!! All sounds very suspicious. Avoid for your own piece of mind.

Dear @Danielle, I am unsure as to how to provide my order number securely here. Did try calling yourselves twice yesterday, please see above.

As an update, followed the instructions for extra details and still no joy. This company continued to blame Vodafone for the issue. Went direct to Vodafone, guess what? Went straight through no problem.
