They sent me the wrong color frame. I received no response to multiple emails I sent to customer service over 5 days.

This is the 2d time I ordered from Vossington and I am satisfied with the frames I ordered. They are light-weight, exactly as described online, and with plexiglass instead of glass that could shatter. The frames are designed well and packed very well for shipping.

I've ordered frames from Vossington in the past and been similarly satisfied with both the high quality of the product and the superior service. Free returns are a big plus, too! I will definitely continue to buy my frames from Vossington!
