Product came with large scratches on the plexiglass of this frame. I emailed the company about the issue and never heard back.

Update: Vossington reached out and helped me resolve the issue.

I had been looking for a narrow profile wooden frame in a non-standard size. The Vossington frame itself is exactly the thing I was looking for. It was packaged well and arrived without breakage. The price point reflected a good value for the money.

Poor customer service. I ordered frames that I need to return and have not received a response. The refund options should be clearly stated on the site but clearly this place is scamming people. Also, I ordered a second set of frames (I made this order before I decided to return the first set) and I ordered 3 frames and only 2 were delivered. I filed a case with FedEx and even though the delivery picture clearly only shows 2 frames, they closed the case and told me to reach out to the company. I sent message to Vossington and no response. Basically, I’m stuck with 3 frames that I need to return and my second order is missing a frame. Now I’m planning to return everything. What’s sad is that I was planning to exchange the second set for wooden frames but now I don’t want anything from this company. Send me the refund policy! I’m returning all of these frames!

The glass in the first frame sent was damaged. They did send a replacement, but the frame was damaged. We decided not to try a third time. They have not responded yet about a refund.

I ordered 4 gold 8x12 frames from Vossington. They looked great when they came in, but the deep frame made it difficult to hang them. I used Ook 30 lb professional picture hangers and ended up having to bend the hooks to make them work. I reached out to Vossington for help/advice, and they were supremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The color of the frame is great, better than expected. I waiting longer than expected on shipping but I was notified it was due to weather. The plexi or plastic that is supposed to protect the art was scratched, a 2 inch scratch. It is impossible to replace at another shop because it was cut lopsided, you would spend more having one cut. For the money, the frame was worth it but it was discouraging I would have to replace the plexi glass.

Continue to be repeat customer. Every frame I’ve ordered is nice quality one time I needed customer service was quick and effortless.

The frame itself is nice, but the plastic used instead of glass is very thin and flimsy. I worry it may scratch easily. But the price was reasonable and the free shipping is appreciated.
