Cheaply made and impossible to return
I couldn’t even get my print into the frame, the metal pins that hold the artwork are difficult to use and damaged the print. This is not a glass frame but a cheap thin piece of plastic that cracked before I even got the artwork in the frame. I have tried to initiate a return multiple times and no response from customer service. Do not waste your money.

I have emailed twice for a return shipping label with no response. I ordered three frames and they came in a huge box. I have a small apartment and want to get this huge box sent back. There is no phone number for customer service. I don’t understand wanting to make a return has been so difficult.
