Do not order from here!!! They must have gone out of business, but it is really terrible to still take money from people while knowing that you cannot provide a product. I spent $50 on a frame and it never came, even after trying to contact their support team twice. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

I ordered two frames in early June but have not received them now in mid-July. All emails to Vossington are ignored. Even their chatbot on the website directs you to a non-existent customer service agent. I am guessing they are impacted by the tariffs but it is unacceptable to not deliver goods nor follow up with emails explaining the delay.

EDIT: No, your response is a load of crap. I was refunded because my bank contacted your “company.” I don’t own a business, but it’s pretty comment sense for one to assume that a customer would receive feedback from a company if there were delays or issues with their order and you did not provide that.
Negative 100 rating. I ordered two frames and never received them. The tracking link doesn’t work or give any information. I tried contacting them through their online chat and also sent two emails and never heard back.
I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a frame 2 months ago and received an emailed order confirmation and a charge to my account right away. The frame never arrived - a shipping email was never sent. I cannot get a hold of anyone either through the customer service email address or the chat bot - both completely unresponsive. No phone number available.

I typically love vossington. The frames are beautiful and a good price. This time, the frame I ordered arrived damaged (the metal frame was twisted out of shape). I sent multiple emails to the help desk and sent messages through their website chat box and I can’t get anyone to respond to me. Still waiting and it has been several weeks of me trying to follow up. Just hoping for a replacement or refund. I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I have reached out about 5 or 6 times now to do an exchange on a frame because there are several scratches on the plexiglass and two of the corners are not well put together and no one will return my messages. I have bought 5 or 6 frames before and loved them so this is really disappointing.
