Scam. No correspondence. Luckily my bank flagged it up as soon as I payed the invoice ! So it was held while they made checks. Avoid.

Been trying to get a supply to my new build house and all I've had is the run around. Apparently I don't qualify for an emergency because the house isn't habitable. Yet I am living in a building site as I can't afford rent. But you guys don't care and seem to think this is not an emergency. I can't be any more desperate and apparently I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks when I've already been trying to get this connected with you guys for three weeks almost.

Edit : they had saved my bank details even though I was no longer a customer ! Then they enticed me back with a discount , which I did want to do.... however they didn't ask me what date delivery was good. So while I was in Spain it sat out of the fridge for days upon days. Guess what ?? They are ignoring my emails that I request a new batch sent out !!! Online it says must be kept in fridge. But they are once again giving zero communication


Communication is beyond redic. Considering they pretend that you have someone always on hand. Don't be fooled the higher dosages will come at a huge price jump 1.7 will be £279 and the 2.4 will be a £329 !! When you cancel and then they try to send you a discount code to entice you back. They will then not reply and give it to you. SCAM

Llanelli branch...Unprofessional beyond a joke. Due to office gossip being fueled by a young woman who has issues but is unable to actually tell them to anyone's face. I'll go elsewhere. Or perhaps I'll keep coming back because you can't stop talking a twisted version about me to the office, which makes everyone a delight there , beyond unprofessional. We are all a bad person in someone's story.

Maybe I need to do a review every day I don't get the refund from here on out?? It's been 5 months I've been chasing a refund, MONTHS. Always an excuse " you haven't wiped the phone correct ....the latest on the 3rd August I was told a refund will be issued in 5 working days. Then yesterday (7th working day) "Shannon said it will be end of day" but still no refund !!!

Utter atrocious,shambles of a firm. Awaiting a refund after FIVE months of excuses , please feel free to call me if you want a detailed itinerary of the excuses. " Refund within 5 working days " hilarious
