Excellent Service and quality

After a previous (Dreadful) experience of buying a refurbed iphone on line I tried reboxed last October, placing an order for iphone 12. Ordering and delivery was simple and faultless plus the item arrived next day at no extra cost. The iphone 12 was in excellent condition and is performing "As New"! Since then my daughter has purchased an iphone and is equally pleased with the service and product quality. So, I have now purchased another iphone from reboxed for my self with the same excellent result. Thank you "reboxed"

How Refreshing

Had a previous experience with a Refurb Co. in Norwich whose Product Description was "lacking", Delivery Promises a "A Joke", Customer Service "Unhelpful", and Refunds "Torturous "!

What a delight to discover Reboxed:- Product Description "Spot On", Delivery "Better than promised", Customer Service "Immediate"!
A little more expensive than the previous lot but what a refreshing find!
Plus their ECO enthusiasm is just EXCELENT !!!

When it goes well they're EXCELLENT if there's a problem they are AWFUL

Previously I have purchased Refurbed Iphones for my grand children. The product was excellent as was the service and customer care.
Earlier this year I purchased an Iphone 7 which proved to be faulty and after broken promises and prolonged periods of "No Contact" I was promised a refund - Still more delays before completing the refund.
In June of this year against my better judgment I ordered another refurbed. Iphone 7 (very best condition) which arrived after a delay and chasing phone calls, only to find that the screen had several scratches one of which was particularly deep. The phone was immediately returned and after my last experience a refund requested. Once again it took many phone calls and broken promises to get the refund.
It's like trying to do business with some ancient company - (Communication from Ultimo is vey rare and painfully slow!) I will never attempt it again!

I am sorry Bethany, I am so disappointed with this repeated "Ultimo Failure" that I am unable to accept the offer of a £20.00 "Good will Gesture" to "adjust" my Trustpilot review.
You personally appear to be a "Shining Light" amongst "Ultimo's" performance but even you are unable to keep the promises made. The "3-5 working days" for Delivery, Returns action and Refunds are regularly quoted but from from the experience of my last two orders, never achieved. I was even offered a refund for the return postage of my last faulty order but that never materialised.

I sincerely apologise that you have received 2 items from us that are not up to standard, this would not have been intentional and I can see that both returns have been refunded for you.
I can see that a £20 additional refund was offered due to the inconvenience caused on both occasions.
