This site will let you win... maybe pay you out once or twice if small...then you will never win...its not a legitimate site stay well away.....they are not licensed by most legitimate casino regulations...you will never win big and if you do.......they are not under the same laws as other countries which in the short...they can choose to not pay which they do ....with zero consequence...avoid at all costs ...

had a balance of over €39,000 at Tikitaka Casino, which I attempted to withdraw. Instead of processing my request, I was actively encouraged by so-called VIP managers to keep playing, with vague promises that “everything would be fine.” When I finally asked for help, explained my vulnerable position, and requested to stop and withdraw, my account was suddenly blocked , leaving me with no access to my funds or data.
That’s when the hide-and-seek began:
• Emails went unanswered for weeks
• There is no phone number or live representative
• My formal data requests under GDPR/AVG were ignored
• And eventually, they offered me just €985 as a “goodwill” payment for everything
Naturally, I refused. Not only is this insulting, but Tikitaka was illegally operating in the Netherlands at the time, with no license from the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) which makes their position even more questionable.
The matter is now in the hands of my legal counsel. Media exposure and legal escalation are underway. Meanwhile, Tikitaka continues to act as if nothing is happening but that silence will cost them far more than they expect.
Warning: Stay far away from this casino. They play with your trust, your money, and your well-being.

I have been contacting Tikitaka for months via email. I have sent detailed evidence, submitted formal legal demands, and even offered a reasonable settlement – all of which have been ignored or delayed.
Their response here on Trustpilot is pure damage control. Behind the scenes, they continue to:
• Avoid accountability
• Ignore their own Responsible Gaming policies
• Withhold money from players while operating illegally in the Netherlands
I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from this platform.

My experience with this casino has been absolutely awful. Withdrawals take more than 7 days with no clear answers. Every time I contacted support through live chat, I kept getting the same empty replies: “yes, everything is fine, we’re processing it.” I also requested the closure of my account via email, but they never replied. Their excuse was that they “didn’t receive my emails,” which is unacceptable. I tried multiple times, but nothing changed.
Extremely long waiting times, unhelpful support, and a complete lack of transparency.

Made a withdrawal was waiting 4 days for it to be returned to my account and cancelled due to a technical error. Made the withdrawal again it’s been over a week and still saying in review keep asking daily on the chat what’s going on and they keep saying the same thing that it’s in it’s final stages of processing. Starting to think I won’t ever receive my funds tbh it’s disappointing and disgusting there is no reason for it not to be processed. Will update on here if sorted.

It's been 23 business days and still no payment for my september 2nd withdrawl. I contacted PAGCOR and they said as of September 18, tiki taka is no longer licensed and that they will be forwarding the matter to the Philipine National Police, as well as the National Bureau of investigation and NTC. I think this speaks volumes, they aren't paying customers, they are no longer licensed and now its a matter for the authorities. Dont give them another cent. Ive also reached out to play tech, pragmatic and netent and will continue to do so until I get my

In their terms and conditions under filing a complaint it says if your not happy with filing a complaint to tiki taka, you can file a complaint here and theres a hyperlink. The hyperlink brings you to ask gamblers.ca, but when you click submit complaint you cant complaint about tiki taka because they aren't a real casino and on their list. So its all smoke and mirrors. Just be aware. Also they are run under nova forge? Which is a huge scamming company. They have many other betting sites and continue to make money of unsuspecting players.

Scamming site draw you in with bonus which 9 times out of 10 you have to basically beg them to apply it, most times get a email saying they have asked relevant department to apply wait for email ( which no email comes) also don't spend deposit maf3 as that will cancel bonus, you couldn't make this up if you tried, stay away

I requested a withdrawal on 11.09.2025. According to Tikitaka’s own website, withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. This deadline has already passed, yet my withdrawal is still processing.
I have a high balance in my account, but instead of processing my withdrawal as promised, the company keeps telling me that my funds are “safe” while delaying the payout. In email communication they even changed their own terms from 3 business days to “3–5 business days,” which is inconsistent with what is published on their website.
This is completely unacceptable. Unless Tikitaka starts releasing my funds immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and report it to every possible authority and regulator. Other players should be warned about these tactics.
I have full documentation and a balance of over £28,000 that they refuse to process.
I strongly advise all affected players to not only complain to regulators, but also contact the game providers directly (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Play’n GO, etc.). This is what hurts them the most, since providers can cut them off from games.
I believe that game providers do not want to be associated with a casino of such reputation, which cheats its customers and refuses to pay winnings.

Your money will soon appear in your bank account” still the same answer, the final stage is from days..when I asked when? Date? They refused to tell…I have also submitted my complaint to PAGCOR. Later today, I will start contacting the game providers directly and will be sending them the full documentation regarding the practices.

Since yesterday, the support team (VIP manager) has completely ignored my emails – no replies at all. On live chat I only receive the same ready-made templates every day, which add nothing and just waste time. Please don’t get fooled – there are other, honest places out there. This casino is just another fake.🙂 but I will not give up 🙂 I will write everything and everywhere, with all documentation.

I fought for my money and they finally sent me one withdrawal, but the other two were cancelled by them. Before paying me, they even tried to charge my card 4 times with transactions of around £485 each (proof in screenshots) – basically an attempt to steal my money.
I gave them until today to send me the £1000 (two cancelled withdrawals of £500 each), but they didn’t. I also requested the closure of my account, where the balance is still around £20,000. I don’t want anything to do with this platform anymore.
Because of these actions, including serious fraud attempts, I will report this case to my bank and every possible authority.
Stay away – this is not a safe platform.

I am tired of receiving generic, copy-paste replies that do not reflect my case. Two of my pending withdrawals (£500 + £500) were cancelled, and there were unauthorised attempts to charge my bank card before you even asked for documents. This is not a routine AML check.
All I am asking for is the return of my £1,000 and closure of my account. If you really want to resolve this, you have my email and you should contact me directly. I will not keep chasing you — instead, I will make sure the proper authorities are informed and that you are held accountable.

Can someone reach out to me I've been on live chat from December last year after yous closed my account after not paying me my £600 win live chat just says to email and someone will be in touch but it's been 9 months I've sent over 100 emails noones getting back to me I've clearly been scammed.

My husband won £3000 he was able to withdraw £1000 per day. The first 2 withdrawal came out in a few hours into his bank the last £1000 has still not been credited to his bank account. Had several attempts at trying to contact through live chat they didn't help emails sent they still keep saying can't find my account using wrong email. When they have already cash out £2000 to the same email and bank account.
