I decided to take a chance, and the 200% bonus attracted me. I made a deposit of 18,000 rubles, lost, and won 130,000 rubles from the bonuses. They didn't pay me for more than 10 days, and then they simply wrote that I had violated something and cheated on the winnings. Don't get involved with this garbage

A question to Madcasino.
If you don’t accept UK players. Why do you have players on here who praise you from the U.K. and you reply to there reviews with satisfaction of the praise. When they say fast payouts and great customer service. When you don’t accept U.K. players and don’t pay out winnings to U.K. players. This is a simple question to ask and respond to.

Do not use what so ever! I deposited done all the kyc withdrew a €1000 after spending loads and completing wagering requirements! I like to spin at €5 a go but they said maximum bet on the bonus was €3 come to withdraw next day had an email saying refused and took away the winnings saying I played over the max bet which they are now saying €2 max bet. Basically they didn't want to pay my winnings and come up with some bulls***t excuses so definitely a scam site stay well away!

I just feel the site is so rigged literally every bonus wanted to give me the minimum it could £1 spin bonuses all given £20 less got about 10 bonuses all the same dog house 17 free spins £22 . Every time i play the game log me out, i logg in and it not working, after 5-10 minits it work but the game go in slowmotion and it only eat the money, i newer get a win, i write to them and explain the situation, the told me to tell them Wen it happen again, next time i play and it happen a contract them directly and told them to check up, they dont answer me back, then i write to them and told them that i want my money back cus this is not right what happen, every time same things happen, samthing is wrong, but no money back, then i read on Trustpilot about Mad casino and ther i read same problem that other people have Wen they play, and i get email from Mad Casino and they write that its nothing wrong on my play account, real bullishit, they are scammers and Mad Casino is a rigged casino, not possible to win at all, all money you deposit you lose and the game go in slowmotion, and log you out 10-15 times every time you deposit and play.

Who are these people struggling to withdraw money? I can't even get a win to withdraw.

Played many Casino sites in my time. Rarely get a bonus on this one. And when I do, never more than 40x. Even High Street FOBTs have a 500x Jackpot.

Some games don't even show the potential mini, maxi, grand jackpot etc, which made me think this is run by some guys in a basement somewhere and are happy to take the money.

As so many others have reported this casino is a pure scam, they will never pay out your winnings. I won 1000 Euro on MadCasino and 3800 Euro on their sister site TucanCasino and they closed my account claiming i breached their terms, without specifying which part of their terms i supposedly breached. Mind you i only got an email from TucanCasino, MadCasino just closed my account without giving me any information. I have written several emails to their support, both to MadCasino and TucanCasino, with the first email being over a week ago and they have completely ignored me. Never deposit to "Softon Ltd" casinos, they are all a complete scam.

UPDATE:
Contacted their complaints department as suggested in their reply and the only thing they responded with was "banned due to breach on tucan - refund tf provided from tucan email". No information on what the supposed breach of terms was, and no information about why a supposed breach on Tucan means that they can just steal my winnings on MadCasino.

Also no thank you to the 25 Euro that you offered me to delete my Trustpilot review.
