How in 2025 can it be acceptable to…

How in 2025 can it be acceptable to take 3 days just to process a withdrawal , any other casino processes it instantly , it’s clearly designed to making a withdrawal dragged out so that the player then cancels the withdrawal, it’s terrible , 3 days is unacceptable

Received an email saying that in fact I…

Received an email saying that in fact I had owned a driving licence for 3 years longer than I had put on application form so that the policy will be cancelled , explained that this is surely a good thing ??? Customer service said that they agreed but basically “ the computer says no “ , companies need to take responsibility and not just say what the “system “ says and no wish to help , terrible service
