23 business days and counting... no payment

It's been 23 business days and still no payment for my september 2nd withdrawl. I contacted PAGCOR and they said as of September 18, tiki taka is no longer licensed and that they will be forwarding the matter to the Philipine National Police, as well as the National Bureau of investigation and NTC. I think this speaks volumes, they aren't paying customers, they are no longer licensed and now its a matter for the authorities. Dont give them another cent. Ive also reached out to play tech, pragmatic and netent and will continue to do so until I get my
money or they are shut down. Whatever they respond to this message is bullshit and has nothing to do with them withholding my withdrawl. This is my 3rd time withdrawing so I wss already verified. This is the biggest scam, and they have already gotten so many people's money because it sso hard to get the word out. They make you trust them first by paying out smaller withdrawls and then bam, they withhold all your winnings. Do not believe them or trust them. And to be clear, the email chain back snd forth with tiki taka is so annoying I had to stop. They kept repeating the same scripted over and over. And then when I finally said that I was calling the authorities they shutup. Dont play here they are going down. Update as well...

In their terms and conditions under filing a complaint it says if your not happy with filing a complaint to tiki taka, you can file a complaint here and theres a hyperlink. The hyperlink brings you to ask gamblers.ca, but when you click submit complaint you cant complaint about tiki taka because they aren't a real casino and on their list. So its all smoke and mirrors. Just be aware. Also they are run under nova forge? Which is a huge scamming company. They have many other betting sites and continue to make money of unsuspecting players.

WITHDRAWL MADE SEPTEMBER 2ND, ITS NOW 22ND AND STILL NO MONEY

On September 2nd I attempted to withdraw 600.00 and I have still not recieve any money. I started taking matters in my own hands and decided to complain on trust pilot about the companies willfull negligence. Around the same time.... this casino started getting a bunch of 5 star reviews after people started to call them out for their withdrawl times. New users are saying "withdrawals are super fast" but then why am I getting a delay in my withdrawl for over 2 and a half weeks. Seems a little bit fraudulent.
It is now September 22nd...14 business days from when I first made the attempt, 20 regular days. On their website it takes 3 business days, and I am fully verified so it shouldn't of been any longer.

Eventually I stopped emailing them because I was emailing them daily and its just got the same template email back evertime, which states that due to a large amount of requests, there was a delay in processing. That's so funny, because I thought withdrawl times were so fast according to some users remarks on here. Anyway, after seeing the complaint on trustpilot from one commenter called IB, i have realized the truth, which is that they have no desire to pay me my winnings, and they were just sitting on it like fat hens, hoping I would get frusterated and cancel my withdrawl and begin to play my winnings, and lose them all and then somehow move on from this, so that their company can CONTIUE TO MOVE LIKE SNAKES. So....ive stayed strong and kept my withdrawl there. And now, 20 days after my withdrawl attempt, this scam casino has left me no choice but to complain to PAGCOR and start reaching out to game creators like pragmatic, playtech, NETENT, to advise them of the hardship they have placed their customers in. They take no accountability and always deflect the issue. They are huge scam artists, who get you to trust them by giving you maybe your first and second withdrawls, but then they keep your money and pay no winnings. Oh yes and today I got an email from them and the template slightly differed, it said my withdrawl was in the final stages, yet still on their website the payment is stil in processing stages. So I DONT TRUST THEM.

Made withdrawel request on SEPTEMBER 2ND! No money has been paid out to me and its robbery

So I actually really liked this casino and I started playing there often, but this recent delay in withdrawing my winnings has me doubting weather or not my funds are safe with them. I have withdrawn from this casino prior and although I had to wait 4 business days, i recieved my money eventually. On September 2nd at 22:00 I made my third withdrawel request on this casino. Its now September 16th, so now its 10 business days, and I still have not recieved anything. I've emailed them DAILY asking whats going on, and I keep getting the same email over and over which states," I can confirm that our financial department is fully aware of the delay in processing your withdrawal. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of requests, there have been some delays in payouts". Their terms and conditions say payouts will be in 3 business days as long as all their conditions are met. I know for a fact I am verified as I have withdrawn before so there is no issue. They use the excuse of there being a delay but thats really a convient excuse for them to not take any accountability which is really unfair. HOPEFULLY they process it soon and I have a better ending but i'm losing all hope. Be weary

Update: September 16th still hearing the same excuse that there is a delay in processing. No reason as to why pretty much you're screwed. I've emailed them daily and its always the same scripted email response "upon checking your account i can confirm that our financial department is fully aware of the delay in processing your withdrawal, due to a high volume of requests blah blah blah". So when did it become my problem, which now im being punished for that I dont get my money .....because of your inability to get your shit together. Im telling you something is really wrong with this picture do not give them any more money. Even though they respond to this review, it has no weight because they are literally not doing anything to pay their customers. Yes they respond but nothing is being done
Until I get paid my winnings I am saying DO NOT USE them or any of their affiliates. Legiano? Bassbet? Robocat, posido Kingmaker, supabet.....so many other ones. I fear for every.customer now
