Illegally operating in NL, refused payout of €39,000 , legal action pending

had a balance of over €39,000 at Tikitaka Casino, which I attempted to withdraw. Instead of processing my request, I was actively encouraged by so-called VIP managers to keep playing, with vague promises that “everything would be fine.” When I finally asked for help, explained my vulnerable position, and requested to stop and withdraw, my account was suddenly blocked , leaving me with no access to my funds or data.

That’s when the hide-and-seek began:
• Emails went unanswered for weeks
• There is no phone number or live representative
• My formal data requests under GDPR/AVG were ignored
• And eventually, they offered me just €985 as a “goodwill” payment for everything

Naturally, I refused. Not only is this insulting, but Tikitaka was illegally operating in the Netherlands at the time, with no license from the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) which makes their position even more questionable.

The matter is now in the hands of my legal counsel. Media exposure and legal escalation are underway. Meanwhile, Tikitaka continues to act as if nothing is happening but that silence will cost them far more than they expect.

Warning: Stay far away from this casino. They play with your trust, your money, and your well-being.

Do not be fooled by the friendly reply below.
I have been contacting Tikitaka for months via email. I have sent detailed evidence, submitted formal legal demands, and even offered a reasonable settlement – all of which have been ignored or delayed.

Their response here on Trustpilot is pure damage control. Behind the scenes, they continue to:
• Avoid accountability
• Ignore their own Responsible Gaming policies
• Withhold money from players while operating illegally in the Netherlands

I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from this platform.

Lost money, no response stay away from Tikitaka!


I deposited over €6,870 at Tikitaka and won an additional €39,000 – but never received a single cent back.

Without any explanation, my account was closed. Despite repeated emails, they keep avoiding me, send vague replies, or simply do not respond at all. They also refuse to provide my transaction history and winnings, even though I’m legally entitled to this under European privacy laws (AVG / GDPR).

Tikitaka operates illegally in the Netherlands, without a license from the Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA), and I have now taken legal action.

Be warned: they let you play, take your money, and disappear the moment you ask for anything back.

I strongly advise everyone not to deposit even one euro here.
This casino breaks the rules, does not protect players, and treats its users with no respect.

Update “ ongoing case” 5september

After months of unanswered emails, blocked account access, and withheld data, Tikitaka has now responded with a so-called “goodwill offer” of just €985 less than 3% of the €39,000 balance that was at stake in my account.

This “offer” is not a solution but an insult, given their illegal operation in the Netherlands, repeated delays, and violation of EU GDPR law.

I have now escalated this matter legally with my lawyer and will continue to make my case public through consumer platforms and media outlets until Tikitaka takes responsibility.

Players deserve to be warned: this casino ignores Responsible Gaming requests, blocks accounts without explanation, and refuses to release player funds or data.
