About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf caddie, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated US-based Customer Care centre.
Every Stewart Golf caddie is meticulously built by hand at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped and distributed from our facility in Reno, NV. Our United States head office can be found in Houston, Tx.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf caddie developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.
We've been selling golf caddies in the USA almost as long as we've been building them. In 2015 we made the decision to establish our own business there to help build awareness of walking golf, and of course our own dream machines. Stewart Golf LLC was born and now golfers across all 50 states are experiencing the freedom of follow for themselves.

I sent in a simple question a week ago. I still haven't received an answer.

This is for a warranty repair, where Stewart was sending me packaging to return my cart. Two weeks later, and I have yet to receive it.

I golf daily. I walk a difficult hilly and sometimes wet course all in the name of a recent stroke recovery. This equates to 30+ miles per week. Unfortunately my machine started making a noise in a motor and a battery quit charging. In the 3 months of hard use, cleaning and up/down storage I was likely (more than likely?) a bit rough on it. Stewart customer care quickly had a return label ready after a few videos showing the issues. Keeping the box helped expedite the process! They diagnosed it, repaired it and returned it with minimal downtime. The support team provided constant and prompt communication during the entire process. I received it, tested it out and all is good. Thank you Gabriel, Ellie, Nathan and those that fixed my little blue caddy. I am happy to report she will be back on the course tomorrow. I promise to be a bit more gentle with her around moisture moving forward.

Got the buggy easily, paid very easy and it was delivered quickly

It operates well with the remote but using the remote to change direction creates a very hard jerky turn not what other brands have.

Five stars for the VertX trolley. However, interfacing with your website has been tedious and at times unsatisfactory

Tech service was responsive and helpful. My battery wasn’t being found by the mobile app. They took me through some diagnostics, determined defective and sent me a new one within a week.

My electric trolley for golf arrived in great condition and works marvelously. Makes for a much better "walk around the park" and the golf game as well.
Easy assembly,

I've been trying to get a working replacement remote and its taking forever. So many issues and all I want is to talk with someone but nobody calls. For such an expensive push cart their support system is awfu

I resolved the problem quickly.

I thought my battery to the trolley was no longer working. The cart stalled multiple times and then stopped dead so I purchased another one for $425 went out to play golf and proceed to do the same thing I went on a chat to discuss this. They asked me to do some problem-solving to look at the under Carriere and the entire machine which I did there was nothing wrong so someone on the chat said someone will get back to you. I’m still waiting.

Great carts but even better customer service. Run don’t walk to one of your considering it.
