Ellie was great 5 stars but it took too…

Ellie was great 5 stars but it took too many trys before I reached someone to help me so process is 5 stars.
Had a problem with the electric box cable from box to battery on my XIX trolley. I used the internet total of 5 times trying to get a replacement kept getting the cable for the battery. so I made my own and got it to work. Then I received a message form Ellie. She was great and I received the right cable for the electric (Bluetooth) box in about 5 days. Put it on and I am back to golfing.
