Trolley will not follow. Second cart with same problem. I’m done clearly I’m electrically charged or they had a couple bad days in the factory but once is an anomaly twice is a trend

Great customer service. The product speaks for itself, but to have it backed by such customer service, it would be an I’ll conceived idea to not seriously consider the trolley.
