I had a problem with my battery and…

I had a problem with my battery and they replaced it within a week. Great service. Not sure what was wrong since the battery was only 1 year old. They were very prompt and I was happy with the service. My Q follow works great again. It's around 5 years old.

Had a problem with the strap ripping…

Had a problem with the strap ripping that held the golf bag to the trolley. Stuart sent me a redesigned strap that works great. Very easy to deal with.
