This exercise programme was recommended to me by an excellent nutritionist who helps women with weight loss. I l paid for the programme in full and received receipt of payment. However, that is the only correspondence I have with this company. I have not been sent any login details to access this programme. After tying to contact this company via email numerous times and all of their social media platforms without a single reply, I have no other alternative but to leave this unsatisfactory review in the hope that the company will see it and try to resolve this issue.

Subscribed to the Italian program of Spartanhealth. The Instagram ads are completely misleading.

You get a bunch of completely un-useful information that could be condensed in 3 minutes. Then a simple routine for exercises that is incredibly obvious. Nothing about the claimed "18 minutes a day" behavior that will change your life as advertised. Especially on food.

When you try to apply for refund it is impossible to get it. You are even lucky if they answer to the requests. If you check on their Terms&Conditions it is clear that the pages are a copy/paste from somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and don't give money to this program.

Today I noticed the advertisement you have on Instagram and I was super interested in the natural hormone based training and I wanted to learn more and understand more about the scientific method.

But I find that it's a home or gym workout system for only 4 weeks. Which seems like a scam to me. An armed robbery. The advertising is misleading and false.

At the moment, I have a lifetime subscription to a very famous and very successful exercise plan from Spain: Fuertafit.

I would like to share with you the website and my personal password of FuertaFit, so that you can enter and compare your website with this one, the quantity and quality of material that FuertaFit has, with your website. Where you have exercises for 4 weeks.

In your Instagram videos you offer a scientific solution as a hook to catch innocent people like me. But in reality what you are selling is a home workout plan, which I already have one and of better quality.

I hope for a response and NOT to have to go to the extreme of having to hire a lawyer to get my money back or to have to take this case to an international consumer protection body in the European Union (European Consumer Centre (ECC) Italy - Bolzano office).
That would be a waste of time and money, both for you and for me as a customer.
I live in Belgium and I could take this case to the European Commission and the Italian Embassy in Belgium. So that you do NOT continue to deceive more people with this misleading advertising.
Nowadays the laws protect the consumer.
There are countless comments on social networks about the fraud that you are committing with your misleading advertising.

I purchased this because I was pretty much intrigued by the explanation of the hormone based workout and wanted to learn more and see about this scientifically based method of workout. When I purchased it was basically a simple home workout which can anyone do and thats okay but there was no further info on the hormonal side of things. I asked for a refund a few times and never heard back.
Just a friendly advice to everyone, you don't need this program to do simple excercizes you learned as a kid in school or at any sport you've been practising. DONT BUY as they are not honest about their workout business.

Update: although Spartan replied my email nummer 16 after I screenshotted this page, there is still no refund. They offered me a lifelong subscription, which of course I don’t want, hopefully these scammers will refund me my money for their useless program.

I purchased the home program because I was curious about the explanation about hormones. I exercised already with Les Mills three times a week. Spartan was too light for me, I like progress in my workouts and exercising with a few water bottles gives very little results, Oliver promises far too much.
Immediately in the first month I requested a refund. emails go unanswered or you receive a late response stating that if you remain a member you will receive extra bonuses. I don’t want bonuses. I just want the promised refund that they and I signed for. Spartan is obliged to do so in their terms and conditions. I sought legal assistance two weeks ago and also emailed them this (email number 10!). no refund so far. I'm waiting here now. don't buy the fitness videos!

STAY AWAY from these people. I was unable to do this program due to personal issues and asked for a refund prior to the 6 months and they too told me that it was past the 6 months and they had lost my emails after trying to add other courses.

After continuous emails they refunded me 3 months later and in CDN funds and not the USD I paid with. This last email they said to talk with PayPal. What the F does PayPal have to do with this? I told them that they were paid in USD and I should get a refund in USD and they said basically that is not their problem🙄 What kind of integrity does this company have???

What is so difficult to comprehend that USD was paid and USD should be refunded.
I never wanted to do a lousy review, however dealing with them is like have you people lost your brain capacity🤔

300-day money-back guarantee does not exist
I joined on 22 April 2023. And I asked for a refund on 12 Sep 2023. They asked me to think twice and encouraged me to try it in another way.
I came back to them by 21 Dec 2023 and request for refund again. They offered my a 50% refund plus the free nutritional program and free access to any program of your choice. And I accepted it on 26 Dec 2023.
I asked for updates on 23 Jan 2024. They never replied me since than. Today is 12 March 2024.

Updates on 15 March 2024: After leaving this review, they replied my email and said it sank in the email box. They process the 50% refund and add 2 programs to my account.

The reason why I didn't choose 100% refund and 3 stars review here is that, they did create a program and it is my problem for not being able to follow it.

After eagerly starting the Spartan Home Training program, I quickly realized that it did not meet my expectations.
I had hip and wrist issues, that made it impossible to continue this program. I had hoped I could work around these medical issues, but it just was not possible. So I asked for a refund.

Initially, the communication was smooth, and discounts were offered on the program, along with additional free programs, trying to dismiss the full refund. However, when I expressed no interest in these offers but instead requested a full refund due to my medical hindrances, they stopped responding.

This lack of response is not only frustrating but also wholly unacceptable, especially considering the initial positive interactions and the fact that my cancellation is based on medical reasons. The program itself, including the VIP variant, cost me a total of £164. It is particularly disappointing that the company not only neglects to honor the 300-day money-back guarantee but also completely fails to address customer inquiries and concerns.

The fact that Spartan Health is unwilling to fulfill the guarantee they advertise raises questions about the integrity of the company and the sincerity of their promises. It strongly appears that the 300-day guarantee is merely an empty marketing ploy to attract customers without any genuine intention to uphold the commitment.

As a consumer, I feel deceived and misled by Spartan Health. I would like to caution potential customers about these practices and advise them to look elsewhere for fitness programs where honesty, transparency, and customer service are prioritized. Ignoring customers who make a claim under the guarantee is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Literally zero support. Facebook posts are blocked if they contain questions or aren’t positive reviews. When I once received an email asking if I needed help, I received a reply to my response, but still no answer to my questions. No idea how to request a refund, but I would if I could, as this has been the biggest waste of money ever. All I asked was whether I should follow the weekly beginner session or the A or B session. Surely it shouldn’t be that hard to provide an answer. I gave up after about 2 weeks as I had no idea if I was doing it right. Worst customer service I have ever come across.

This company has treated me so badly. There charged me twice without my knowledge and offered a partial refund that they never gave and now they are just ignoring my emails. I only want the second payment back? I can’t believe they treat people like this

Terrible. Negative comments are not permitted on the Facebook site, I got no help at all when trying asking for it. I did the program 6/7 per week exactly as instructed, added weights, watched my diet, no results at all. Not one inch gone, no weight lost, in fact I gained 6 lbs. Very bad experience, don’t waste your money. EDIT: three months after I left the review, so after the refund time has passed, they reply here saying we'll give you a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I’m now at week 5. The main problems I have found are :
1. The videos are robotic. Oliver introduces each one with the sane set script and ends them the same. There is no acknowledgement that I’m starting week 5… the workout begins «  hello I’m
Oliver your Spartan fitness coach ….. etc! No … welcome to week 5 … well done. At first I checked to see I wasn’t on the first one but it’s all the same and very boring and repetitive
Also in weeks 1-4 he says now rest for 90 seconds but the the countdown is still 120. Go figure!
The videos have no explanation to ensure you perform them safely and insufficient time to move between them.
Also you do need equipment… just dumbbells and a weighted bar . Pulling up
On a broom handle balanced on 2 chairs is frankly hazardous ⚠️ !
